هدَفَت هذه الدراسة تعّرف درجة ممارسة السلوك الإداري الريادي وعلاقته بمستوى بناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية, تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية, والبالغ عددهم (1135) معلماً ومعلمة.
واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتكونت من (215) معلماً ومعلمة، وصممت أداة الدراسة على شكل استبانة موزعة على ثلاثة أجزاء (متغيرات الدراسة، والسلوك الإداري الريادي، وبناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية).
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية للسلوك الإداري الريادي من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء متوسطة ولجميع المجالات, وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات أفراد العينة على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية للسلوك الإداري الريادي تُعزى لمتغير الجنس, وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث, وعدم وجود فروق تُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي, ووجود فروق تُعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة, وجاءت الفروق لصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر.
وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى بناء مجتمعات التعلم المهني لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء متوسطاً ولجميع المجالات, وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات أفراد العينة على مستوى مجتمعات التعلم المهني تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي, ووجود فروق تُعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة, وجاءت الفروق لصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر, وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ودالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة السلوك الإداري الريادي, ومستوى بناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الثانية.
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث أن يحث مديري المدارس الثانوية المعلمين على تطبيق الأفكار الحديثة التي تدعم رؤية المدرسة, وأن يتم مراعاتهم عند وضعهم للخطط واتخاذهم للقرارات أن تتفق مع معايير مجتمعات التعلم المهنية.

This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing entrepreneurial administrative behavior and its relationship to level of establishing professional learning communities among secondary school principals in second Zarqa directorate of education, formed the study community of all secondary school teachers their number (1135).
The sample of the study was selected in a simple random manner and consisted of (215) teachers, and the study tool was designed in the form of a three-part questionnaire (study variables, entrepreneurial administrative, establishing professional learning communities) and the signs of honesty and stability were extracted.
The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing entrepreneurial administrative in the Secondary school principals in second zarqa from the point of view of teachers has come average and for all fields, and the results showed differences of statistical significance attributable to the gender variable on the degree of practice of secondary school principals in second Zarqa directorate of education for leading administrative behavior, The differences came in favor of females, and the absence of significant differences due to the variable of scientific qualification and the existence of differences attributable to the change of years of experience and the differences came in favor of 10 years and more.
The results showed that the level of establishing professional learning communities among secondary school principals in second Zarqa from the point of view of teachers came average and for all fields, and the results showed no statistically significant differences due to the sex changer and scientific qualification at the level of vocational learning communities, there were differences attributable to the change in years of experience and the differences were in favor of 10 years or more, and the results showed a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of pioneering management behavior and the level of building professional learning communities among secondary school principals in second Zarqa.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended that high school principals urge teachers to apply modern ideas that support the school's vision, and to be taken into account when developing plans and making decisions that conform to the standards of professional learning communities
