سعت الدراسة إلى دراسة وتحليل واقع التعديلات على الدستور الاردني خلال الفترة 2011-2021، وبيان دور مجلس النواب في الاصلاح السياسي في الأردن خلال الفترة 2011-2021، وتحليل أثر التعديلات الدستورية على دور مجلس النواب في الاصلاح السياسي في الأردن خلال الفترة 2011-2021، وانطلقت الدراسة من الفرضية التالية :هنالك علاقة ارتباطية بين التعديلات الدستورية للدستور الاردني وبين الادوار التي يقوم بها مجلس النواب في عملية الاصلاح السياسي في الأردن خلال الفترة 2011-2021، واعتمدت الدراسة منهج تحليل النظم والمنهج القانوني ومنهج اتخاذ القرار.
وخلصت الدراسة الى أن للتعديلات الدستورية تأثير على دور مجلس النواب في الاصلاح السياسي في الأردن 2011-2021، وأن الإصلاح السياسي يمثل استراتيجية شاملة للتغيير في العملية السياسية في الحياة السياسية الأردنية، وقد قامت السلطة التنفيذية بمجموعة من الإصلاحات السياسية بدأت بأجراء التعديلات الدستورية وإنشاء المحكمة الدستورية والهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب وتعديل قانون الانتخاب، بما يسهم في تعزيز مسيرة الاصلاح السياسي في الاردن، وأن لمجلس النواب الاردني دور رئيسي في عملية الاصلاح السياسي من خلال ممارسته لدوره الرقابي والتشريعي.
وبناء على النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة فإنها توصي بما يلي: العمل على إعادة التوازن الحقيقي بين السلطة التشريعية والسلطة التنفيذية بما يضمن تحقيق التطبيق العملي لمبدأ الفصل المرن بين السلطات لما لذلك من أثر على استقرار الدولة الأردنية، وتعزيز استقلالية البرلمان وإدخال إصلاحات مؤسسية عليه تتعلق بتفعيل دوره الرقابي والتشريعي، وذلك من خلال تزويد الأمانة العامة بالأعداد الكافية من المستشارين القانونيين والكوادر الفنية والإدارية والمهنية المؤهلة والمدربة والكفؤة لتتمكن من تقديم المعلومات، والخدمات المطلوبة، والمشورة لأعضاء البرلمان ليكونوا أكثر فاعلية في نشاطاتهم البرلمانية. وكذلك إعطاء الاهتمام الكافي لتطوير مكتبة البرلمان، وتزويدها بموظفين مؤهلين.

The study sought to study and analyze the reality of the amendments to the Jordanian constitution during the period 2011-2021, and to clarify the role of the parliament in political reform in Jordan during the period 2011-2021, and to analyze the impact of the constitutional amendments on the role of the parliament in political reform in Jordan during the period 2011-2021. The study proceeded from the following hypothesis: There is a negative relationship between the constitutional amendments to the Jordanian constitution and the roles played by the House of Representatives in the political reform process in Jordan during the period 2011-2021. The study adopted the systems analysis approach, the legal approach, and the decision-making approach.
The study concluded that the constitutional amendments have an impact on the role of the House of Representatives in political reform in Jordan 2011-2021, and that political reform represents a comprehensive strategy for change in the political process in the Jordanian political life. The Independent Election Commission and the amendment of the election law, which contributes to strengthening the political reform process in Jordan, and that the Jordanian Parliament has a major role in the political reform process through its oversight and legislative role.
Based on the findings of the study, it recommends the following: Work to restore the real balance between the legislative authority and the executive authority in order to ensure the practical application of the principle of flexible separation of powers because of its impact on the stability of the Jordanian state, strengthening the independence of Parliament and introducing institutional reforms in it related to the activation of Its oversight and legislative role, by providing the General Secretariat with sufficient numbers of legal advisors and qualified, trained and qualified technical, administrative and professional cadres to be able to provide the required information, services, and advice to members of Parliament to be more effective in their parliamentary activities. As well as giving sufficient attention to the development of the Parliament's library, and providing it with qualified staff
