هدفت الدراسة الحالية تعرّف دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطوير المهارات الحياتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية الباديه الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظر الطلبة, وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات الآتية : (الجنس, والصف), وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة, وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبلغ عددها (213) طالباً وطالبة في المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء التربية الشمالية الغربية للعام الدراسي 2019/ 2020 م, ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة وزعت على أربعة مجالات لقياس دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطوير المهارات الحياتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية , وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها وأظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطوير المهارات الحياتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية تربية الباديه الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظر الطلبة كان متوسطاً , وجاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة متوسطة مرتبة تنازلياً على التوالي (مهارة الاتصال والتواصل, مهارة اتخاذ القرار, مهارة حل المشكلات, مهارة إدارة المعرفة)، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس, ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الصف لصالح الصف الأول ثانوي.
وفي ضوء النتائج قدم عدد من التوصيات كان أبرزها عقد ورشات تدريبية لمديري المدارس تساعدهم على تطوير المهارات الحياتية للطلبة بشكل افضل. |

The Current study Aimed to Identify the role of School Administration in developing life skills for secondary school students in northwestern Badia Education Directorate from the student?s point of view , and its relationship to the following variables (sex, class) , and the researcher used the descriptive survey approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study, and a sample was chosen The study was conducted in a simple random manner, and the number reached (213) male and female students in secondary schools in the Directorate of Education for the Northwestern Education for the academic year 2019/2020. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (43) items was developed and distributed in four areas to measure the role of school administration in developing life skills for secondary school students. and the results showed that the role of school administration in developing life skills for secondary school students in the Northwestern Badia Directorate of Education from the students' point of view was average, and all fields came with an average degree descending in a row, respectively (Communication and communication skill, decision-making skill, problem-solving skill, knowledge management skill), and the results showed that there is no atmosphere D differences due to the variable (sex), and the presence of differences attributable to the variable of the class and in favor of the class (first secondary).
In light of the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was holding training workshops for school principals that help the students to develop their life skills better |
