الملخص بالعربية |
لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الأوضاع الاقتصادية في دولة الكويت 1950- 1977م حيث ما لها من أهمية في تاريخ دولة الكويت والفترة الانتقالية حيث يعد باباً هاماً من أبواب تاريخ الكويت وظهور الأسواق الجديدة ذات طباع خاصة بالشعب الكويتي، وتوسيع فرص العمل، وتوسيع التعليم والاعانات والمساعدات الحكومية.
وتناول الباحث الدراسة في فصلين عرضها كالآتي:
الفصل الأول: تناول الباحث في الفصل الأول جغرافيا الكويت وجيرانها ومساحتها وتأسيس دولة الكويت وتسمية الكويت ومناخها وموقعها.
الفصل الثاني: فقد اهتم الباحث في هذا الفصل بالأوضاع الاقتصادية في الكويت من حيث الأراضي وأنواعها في الكويت والثروة الحيوانية والظروف البيئية، كبار الملاكين للأراضي في الكويت تاريخ لجنة التثمين وإدارة نزع المُلكية والتطورالتاريخي والقوانين الخاصة بالزراعة في الكويت والأسواق في الكويت والأرباح الناتجة عن تقديم الخدمات والضرائب في الكويت وموادها بالقانون الكويتي.
الفصل الثالث: واعتمدت على الموارد الاقتصادية في الكويت وأثرها الاقتصادي على كبار الملاكين للأراضي في الكويت تاريخ لجنة التثمين وإدارة نزع المُلكية والتطور التاريخي والقوانين الخاصة بالزراعة في الكويت والأسواق في الكويت والأرباح الناتجة عن تقديم الخدمات والضرائب في الكويت وموادها بالقانون الكويتي.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للنفط أثر عميق في تقدم الحضارة الإنسانية عبر الانقلاب الكبير الذي أحدث تطورًا اقتصاديًا شديدًا وانعكاس هذا التطور على جميع الجوانب الاقتصادية قبل اكتشاف النفط في الكويت عام 1838م، كانت البلاد تمر بالضائفة المالية التي حلت بالبلاد والعالم بأسره لذلك يجب أن نشير إلى أهمية هذه الثروة الطبيعية، حيث تبشر النتائج الاقتصادية المتميزة باللحظة الأولى التي أعلنت فيها اكتشاف النفط واستخراجه ومن ثم تصديره 1967-1972م، وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه على الرغم من النمو الكبير والسريع في القطاعات الاقتصادية، إلا أنه كان في كثير من الأحيان هناك بعض الإخفاقات لأسباب اقتصادية، لا سيما الاقتصاد الكويتي والاقتصاد الخارجي لربط الدول الأخرى.

The study dealt with the economic situation in Kuwait 1950-1977, which is of great importance in the history of the State of Kuwait and the transitional period. It is an important chapter in Kuwait's history, the emergence of new markets with a special character for the Kuwaiti people, the expansion of employment opportunities, the expansion of education, subsidies and government assistance.
The researcher dealt with the study in two chapters, which he presented as follows:
Chapter 1: In the first chapter, the researcher addressed the geography of Kuwait, its neighbors, its area, the establishment of the State of Kuwait, and the name, climate, and location of Kuwait.
Chapter 2: In this chapter, the researcher was interested in the economic situation in Kuwait in terms of land and types in Kuwait, livestock and environmental conditions. The major owners of land in Kuwait have studied the history of the Committee on Valuation, the Department of Expropriation and Historical Development, laws and research on agriculture in Kuwait, markets in Kuwait, profits resulting from the provision of services and taxes in Kuwait and articles of Kuwaiti law.
Chapter 3: It relied on the economic resources in Kuwait and their economic impact on the major owners of land in Kuwait, the history of the valuation committee and the management of expropriation, the historical development, the laws related to agriculture in Kuwait and the markets in Kuwait, and the profits resulting from the provision of services and taxes in Kuwait and its articles in Kuwaiti law.
The study found that oil has had a profound impact on the progress of human civilization through the great coup that brought about strong economic development. This development was reflected in all economic aspects before the discovery of oil in Kuwait in 1838, when the country was going through the financial sector that had befallen the country. The results promise the very first moment when the personality of 1967-1972 announced that it is another subject to shed light on the upheaval that took place in the economic situation in Kuwait and its effects on all aspects of life. It is worth noting that despite the large and rapid growth in the economic sectors, it was often the result of some failures for economic reasons, especially the Kuwaiti economy and the external economy to link other countries
