This study dealt with the provisions of the civil liability of the judicial expert through the statement of what the legal experience and clarification of the features and identify the person of the expert, in addition to determining the legal adaptation of the experience and distinguish them from the legal systems and the characteristics of the experience as concluded that it is an independent means of evidence and in itself, The expert shall be required to make use of the decision by the court of the subject, either at the request of the opponent or by the same court. The candidate nominated for the judicial expertise shall be required by legal and technical conditions required by the Jordanian legislator Guy available, this study also addressed the response to cases of stopovers expert and stepping down and review statement justified The Jordanian legislator has set several rights for the judicial expert while carrying out the task assigned to him. These rights are met by obligations that he must adhere to. Which concluded in my study that the Jordanian law did not establish its own provisions that regulate the responsibility of the civil judicial expert for his experience, but rather referred them to the general rules of responsibility contained in the Civil Code. The study concluded that The responsibility of the civil expert for the work of his expertise is the responsibility of the harmful act based on three elements that should be met together; the corner of the harmful act issued by the expert and the corner of the damage caused by the expert's work as well as the corner of the causal relationship between the harmful act and the damage. Appreciation of compensation for reparation of material and moral damage from the expert's work and the validity of the court in its assessment and image, whether in cash or in cash.
