This study searched the effect of meaning in parsing multi faces in the book of AlTibyan in the explanation of Diwan for Al Akbari, and this study aimed at explanation of the effect of meaning difference and explains Al Akbari's opinions and grammatical instructions and discussing preferences and grammatical objections in explaining the Diwan and explaining the relationship between parsing and meaning, According to the method which this study based on is the Analytical Descriptive Method: where the researcher describes the linguistic phenomena that that included in the scientific research space, then analyze the data that was being collected by the Descriptive method way, to give the suitable explanations and results about these phenomena, which is the suitable method to answer the current study questions, The main points that mentioned in the study are: The linguist?s interest by explaining Al Mutanabi Diwan for the literary and linguistic value The relationship between the meaning and parsing are solid relationship and irreplaceable for their importance Al Akbari in his explanation depends on many explainers, linguists and grammarians The thesis included an introduction and three chapters, the first chapter was entitled: Syntax and meaning, the second chapter was entitled: Issues of syntactic faces, and the third chapter was entitled: AlTibyan in the Explanation of the Diwan and other explanations
