هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المركز الوطني الأردني للأمن وإدارة الأزمات في التصدي لجائحة كورونا، والوقوف على أهميته خصوصاً في ظل الأحداث التي نعيشها ومعرفة أهم الجهود التي قام بها، والبحث في كل الوسائل التي تم العمل من خلالها في هذا المجال.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المقابلات، حيث توصلت الباحثة إلى الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة وتوضيح أهمية المركز والدور الذي قام به، واستخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة " المنهج المؤسسي " كونه يقوم بوصف اهداف المؤسسة وبنيتها واختصاصاتها وعلاقة المؤسسة بغيرها من المؤسسات بشكل أكثر تفصيل، وجدت الباحثة أنه المنهج الأقرب لحالة دراستها وما يندرج تحت أهدافها وغاياتها.
وأجابت الدراسة على السؤال المحوري الآتي-:
ما دور المركز الوطني الأردني للأمن وإدارة الأزمات في مواجهة جائحة كورونا؟
ولخصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية-:
1. معدل قبول الرواية الرسمية من قبل المجتمع الأردني تفاوت بين ارتفاع وانخفاض وذلك تبعا للقرارات الصادرة عن المركز
2. أن المركز قادر على التنبؤ والاستشعار في ضل تعامله مع برامج عالية الكفاءة مثال ذلك برنامج "كوبرا"، كما يوجد داخل المركز"وحدة الدراسات والتنبؤ" التي تختص بالكشف والتنبؤ عن جميع الأزمات.
3. اختلفت المعوقات التي واجهت المركز من معوقات صحية، واقتصادية وكذلك في قطاع التعليم، وصعوبة رؤية مستقبل الأزمة وجمع المعلومات عنها.
4. مر المركز بعدة مراحل ابتداء من إعلان الوباء بالمملكة وحتى تخفيف الإجراءات الوقائية.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات والاقتراحات للأبحاث المستقبلية التي يمكن أن تفيد الباحثين والجهات ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة.

This study aimed to identify the role of the Jordanian National Center for Security and Crisis Management in facing the Corona Virus, especially in the events we are experiencing today, and to identify the most important efforts made by the center.
To achive this goal the researcher relied on the interview methodology, in order to answer the research questions and to clarify the importance of the center and his role. the researcher used the descriptive analysis method due to its characteristics and what it offers inanalytical studies.Also the researcher found that it is the closest metod to the case of her study and what falls under its goals and objectives, as it is used to study and describe Scientific phenomena and problems a clear description to reach logical and realistic explanation .
The study answered the following main question:
** What is the role of the Jordanian National center for security and Crisis Management in facing the Corona Virus ?
Findings:
1- The rate of the acceptance of the official version by the Jordanian community varied between high and low, depending on the desissions made by the Center.
2- The Center is capable in forecasting and Sensing through dealing with high efficiency programs, for example "The Cobra"" program. There is also aunit within the center called ?Studies and forecasting Unit?which is responsible for detecting and forecasting all crises.
3-The obstacles that the Center faced varied between health, economic and the education sectors. As well as the difficulty of seeing the future of the crisis and collecting information about it.
4- The center passed through Several Stages starting from the announcement of the epidemic in the Kingdom, to the reductionof preventive Measures.
Based on these results, the Study presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for future researches that could benefit researchers and those who are related to the subject of the study
