الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على تعريف نظرية المؤامرة في الفكر العربي وأثرها على القضايا العربية ،حيث ان مشكلة البحث تكمن في شعور الانسان العربي بالتبعية للحضارة الغربية ،انطلاقا من التجربة الاستعمارية التي مرت بها الدول العربية ،الأمر الذي كرس لدى الغرب النظرة الاستعلائية تجاه العالم العربي،والذي بدوره كرس عند العرب فكرة المؤامرة، ما جعل الغرب ينظر الى العالم العربي بعين الدونية والنقص والتخلف ،فيرى انه عالم عصي على اي تطور او تقدم او حضارة ،وبذلك ،كانت الدراسة معنية بالاجابة على السؤال المحوري التالي:ما اثر تجذر المؤامرة في الفكر السياسي العربي على القضايا العربية ؟ ولكي نجيب على هذا السؤال كان لا بد من الاستعانة ببعض المناهج العلمية مثل المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج صنع القرار .
ولقد اوصلتنا الدراسة الى عدة استنتاجات أهمها :ان فكرة المؤامرة موجودة فعلا في العقلية العربية ،وان السبب وراء تجذرها في الفكر العربي هو حالة الضعف والوهن التي اعترت الدول العربية ،كما ان التبعية الغربية كرست النظرة الدونية الى العالم العربي ،مما ادى الى جعله يشعر دائما بأنه محارب ويجب ان يستعد للدفاع عن نفسه ،الأمر الذي استنزفه اقتصاديا وعسكريا لسنوات طويلة ،ولقد قدمنا في هذا البحث مجموعة من التوصيات لعل اهمها :هو ضرورة صيانة المؤسسات الفكرية العربية لتصبح اقوى على مقاومة المؤامرات التي تحاك للوطن العربي،وعدم الرضوخ لفكرة المؤامرة لتبرير العجز عن تحقيق الاهداف .

This research aims to find out the definition of conspiracy theory in Arab thought and its impact on Arab issues, as the research problem lies in the feeling of the Arab human being in dependence on Western civilization, starting from the colonial experience that Arab countries have gone through,
Which established the West with the superior view to the Arab world, which in turn consecrated to the Arabs the idea of the conspiracy, which made the West look at the Arab world with an eye of inferiority, inferiority and backwardness. On the following central question: What is the effect of the conspiracy rooted in Arab political thought on Arab issues? In order to answer this question, it was necessary to use some scientific method, such as the historical approach, the descriptive analytical approach, and the decision-making approach.
The study has brought us to several conclusions, the most important of which is that the idea of the conspiracy is already present in the Arab mindset, and that the reason behind its roots in Arab thought is the state of weakness and weakness that afflicted the Arab countries, and that the Western dependency enshrined the inferior view of the Arab world, which led to him making him feel always He is a warrior and must prepare to defend himself, something that has exhausted him economically and militarily for many years. We have presented in this research a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important of them is the necessity of maintaining Arab intellectual institutions to become stronger in resisting the conspiracies being hatched for the Arab world, and not to give in to the idea of the conspiracy to justify the Failure to achieve goals
