هدفت الدراسة التعرّف إلى درجة تأثير التنظيمات غير الرسمية في المناخ التنظيمي وسياسات العمل في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، وقد تكونت أداة الدراسة من (31) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من )121) مدير ومديرة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لدرجة تأثير التنظيمات غير الرسمية في العمل في المناخ التنظيمي وفي تنفيذ سياسات العمل في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس؛ كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة على درجة تأثير التنظيمات غير الرسمية في العمل في المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية، وعلى درجة تأثير التنظيمات غير الرسمية في العمل في تنفيذ سياسات العمل في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية، وأظهرت كذلك وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة تأثير التنظيمات غير الرسمية في العمل وبين كل من المناخ التنظيمي وتنفيذ سياسات العمل في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصية بضرورة قيام مديري المدارس بالاهتمام بإيجاد حالة من التوازن بين التنظيم الرسمي وغير الرسمي، من خلال الاهتمام بالتنظيمات غير الرسمية عن طريق إشباع الحاجات النفسية والوظيفية. |

This study aimed at The Impact Degree of Informal Organizations on the Organizational Behavior and Work Policies in the Schools of the Northeastern Badia from the Point of View of School Principals. The researcher prepared the study tool, which is a questionnaire consisting of (31) items, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Then it was distributed to a stratified random sample consisting of (121) male and female managers. The results of the study showed a statistically significant impact of the degree of influence of informal organizations on work in the organizational climate and in the implementation of work policies in the schools of the northeastern Badia from the point of view of school principals; The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the effect of the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience on the degree of influence of informal organizations at work on the organizational climate in northeastern Badia schools, and on the degree of influence of informal organizations at work in implementing work policies in Badia schools. It also showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of influence of informal organizations at work and both the organizational climate and the implementation of work policies in the northeastern Badia schools. In light of the results of the study, it was recommended that school principals pay attention to finding a balance between formal and informality, by paying attention to informal organizations by satisfying psychological and functional needs |
