بعد ما سعت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على منهج الإمام الشنقيطي في التعامل مع المنطوق والمفهوم من خلال تفسيره (أضواء البيان في إيضاح القرآن بالقرآن)، والكيفية التي تعامل بها الإمام الشنقيطي في توظيف هذه القاعدة الأصولية لاستنباط الأحكام الشرعية وفي الترجيح والتحليل ، مما ميز كتابه عن غيره من التفاسير بقوة ترجيحاته .
ولقد حرصت في هذه الرسالة الموسومة ب(منهج الشنقيطي في التعامل مع المنطوق والمفهوم - دراسة تفسيرية - )، على إظهار تطبيقات الإمام الشنقيطي في تفسيره، وذلك من خلال اعتماده على مفاهيم الألفاظ في تفسير النصوص القرآنية، بتبويب الرسالة ضمن مجالات العلم الشرعي، فجاءت الرسالة موزعة على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة فضلاً عن قائمة المصادر والمراجع .
اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على عدد من المصادر والمراجع ذات الصلة بالموضوع مع الإشارة إلى عدد من التفاسير كلما دعت الحاجة لذلك .
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها: أن الإمام الشنقيطي - رحمه الله - وظف القاعدة الأصولية في المنطوق والمفهوم في كتابه (أضواء البيان في إيضاح القرآن بالقرآن)، في الترجيح والتحليل ، مما ميز هذا التفسير عن غيره من التفاسير بقوة ترجيحاته ، فضلاً عن إيضاح موقف الإمام الشنقيطي من المباحث التي ضمتها الدراسة، ومواطن الاتفاق والاختلاف إن وجدت مع باقي العلماء .
ولذا يمكن القول بأن هذا المنهج الذي سلكه الإمام الشنقيطي في تفسيره في كيفية التعامل مع المنطوق والمفهوم مما ميز تفسيره عن باقي التفاسير .

This study seeks to identify the approach of Imam Shanqeeti in dealing with the operative and the understandable through his interpretation (the lights of the statement in the clarification of the Quran by the Quran), and how the Imam Shanqeeti dealt with the use of this fundamentalist rule to derive the legitimate provisions and in weighting and analysis, which distinguished his book from other interpretations by its strong weighting.
This thesis, which is characterized by the approach of Shanqeeti in dealing with the operative and the understandable : an explanatory study, confirmed in showing the applications of Imam Shanqeeti in his interpretation by relying on the concepts of words in the interpretation of the Quranic texts and adopting the inductive method in pushing the apparent contradiction between texts .The thesis was divided into an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, as well as a list of sources and references.
Thus, the first chapter is devoted to identifying the explicit operative and the position of Imam al-Shanqeeti by two sections: First: the definition of what is explicit and the statement of its types, such as the text, the visible and the responsible; and the second: the statement of Imam Shanqeeti's approach in the explicit operation with applied models of its interpretation. The second chapter dealt with the frank and non-explicit study of Imam Shanqeeti's position. His study of this chapter was divided into three sections, namely, the significance of the signification and the indication of the text and the statement of Imam Shaqeeti's position on each of these indications. The third chapter is devoted to the study of the concept and the position of Imam Shanqeeti, which is divided into two sections: the concept of consent and the concept of the violation, wuth the types of each of them and the work regulations of each with the examples of each application from the interpretation of (lights of the statement in clarifying the Quran by the Quran)).
In this study, a number of relevant sources and references were adopted, with reference to a number of interpretations as needed.
The study reached a number of results, notably: Imam al-Shanqeeti (may Allah have mercy on him) employed the fundamentalist rule in the operative and the understandable in his book (the lights of the statement in clarifying the Koran in the Qur'an), in weighting and analysis. Which distinguished this interpretation from other interpretations is its strongest weight the clarification of the position of Imam al-Shanqeeti of the sections included in the study, and the terms of agreement and disagreement, if found with the rest of the scientists..
It is , therefore , possible to say that this approach taken by Imam Al-Shanqeeti in his interpretation of how to deal with the operative and the understandable, which distinguished his interpretation from the rest of the interpretations
