تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استجلاء تداخل البناء والإعراب في الأحكام اللغوية في الدرس النحوي؛ وذلك للكشف عن التداخل والاضطراب في أحكام المبني والمعرب في الأسماء والأفعال، ومدى انسجامها مع ما قعّده العلماء من قواعد، وبنوا عليه الأحكام.
تتكون الدراسة من تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، فعرضْتُ في التمهيد لمحة عامة عن مفهوم البناء والإعراب، وما يندرج تحت كل منهما من أسماء وأفعال وحروف، وما نشأ بين العلماء من خلاف في حركات البناء والإعراب أيهما أصل.
ثم تحدثت في الفصول الثلاثة عن التداخل في أحكام المبني والمعرب في الأسماء والأفعال، مع محاولة الإفادة من المفاهيم الصوتية التي غابت عن الدراسات النحوية، ما أدى إلى وقوع الاضطراب من جهة، وعدم الإفادة من معطيات علم اللغة الحديث من جهة أخرى.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّه وقع التداخل والاضطراب في أحكام المبني والمعرب في مجموعة من الأسماء والأفعال، فتنطبق على بعض المبنيات سمات المعرب ومرجعيته؛ لأنّ أحكامهم اعتمدت -في معظمها - على الوصف دون التفسير.

The aim of the current study is to examine the overlapping of uninflectedness and inflection in the linguistic judgments of the grammatical lesson, as this would reveal the overlap and confusion in the judgments of uninflected and inflected nouns and verbs, and reveal their compatibility with the rules set out by scholars and what they have built their judgments on.
The study consists of a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the preface, an overview of the concept of Uninflectedness and Inflectionis presented, as well as the nouns, verbs and particles that fall under each of them.It also includes a presentation forthe dispute thathas arose among scholars in terms of determining the case ending of the uninflected and inflected, and which one of them is the origin.
The next three chapters address the overlap in thejudgments of uninflected and inflected nouns and verbs. At the same time, there was also an attempt to get benefit from the phonological concepts that have not been addressed previously by the grammatical studies, leading therefore to a confusion on the one hand, and not benefiting from the data of modern linguistics on the other hand.
The study revealed the presence ofan overlap and confusion in the judgments of certain set of uninflected and inflected nouns and verbs, so the attributes and gerunds of the inflection may apply to some of the Uninflectedness, due to the fact that the majority of their judgments depend on description without explanation
