هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى دور النمط القيادي لمديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في تعديل سلوك الطلبة , حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (293) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الأغوار الشمالية من أصل (1125) معلماً ومعلمة، وتم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير إستبانة مكونة من مجالين، تناول المجال الأول الأنماط القيادية في ستة محاور هي (القيادة الأُوتوقراطية ، القيادة الديموقراطية ، القيادة الترسلية ، القيادة التحويلية ، القيادة الإبداعية ، القيادة المثالية) والمجال الثاني وهو دور الأنماط القيادية في معالجة السلوكات غير المرغوب فيها , وأُستخرج لها دلالات الصدق والثبات. وأظهرت النتائج أن دور النمط القيادي لمديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في تعديل سلوك الطلبة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الإستبيان ، وكما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى( لأثر الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة) ، وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة الحث على عقد دورات وورشات عمل، وبرامج حول أنماط القيادة لمديري ومديرات المدارس، والحث على عقد دورات وورشات عمل، وبرامج حول السلوكات غير المرغوبة في المدارس، وآلية التعامل معها وفق أنماط القيادة ،وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات على مستوى مديريات التربية الأُخرى ومقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج الدراسة الحالية |

The current study aims at identifying the role of the leadership style practiced by the principals of public schools in North Aghwar District in modifying students' behavior from the perspective of their teachers, where the study sample consists of (293) teachers from The North Aghwar Directorate of Education. In the study, the descriptive survey approach was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of two fields, the first field dealt with leadership styles in six axis (autocratic leadership, democratic leadership, missionary leadership, transformational leadership, creative leadership, ideal leadership) and the second field, which is the impact of leadership styles in the treatment of unwanted behaviors, and the indications of honesty and consistency were extracted for it . The results showed that the role of the leadership style practiced by the principals of public schools in North Aghwar District in modifying students' behavior from the perspective of their teachers came at a high level on all areas of the questionnaire, and the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender, the academic qualification and the years of service. The study recommended the necessity of prompting holding courses, workshops and programs on leadership patterns for school principals. Also prompting holding courses, workshops and programs on unwanted behaviors in schools and the mechanism of dealing with them according to leadership styles, and conducting further studies on the level of other directorates of education and comparing their results with the results of the current study |
