هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء بني عبيد في تعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات الآتية (الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظرا لملائمتها لطبيعة الدراسة وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبلغ عددهم (332) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء بني عبيد، للعام الدراسي2020 / 2021 ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (51) فقرة، وزعت على أربعة مجالات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء بني عبيد في تعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية جاء بمستوى مرتفع على جميع المجالات واظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في المجال النفسي والمهني وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر الخبرة ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح بكالوريوس فأقل.
وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات، كان ابرزها تعزيز نقاط القوة، وتوفير جميع الإمكانيات للمحافظة على المستوى المرتفع، لتعزيز العلاقات الإنسانية لدى العاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم.

This study aimed to identify the role of school principals in the education of the Bani Ubaid District in promoting human relations from the teachers' point of view and their relationship to the following variables (gender, experience, and academic qualification). Al-Basimah, and their number reached (332) male and female teachers in schools in the Directorate of Education of the Bani Ubaid District, for the academic year 2020-2021 / and in order to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (51) items was developed and distributed into four areas, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified, and the results showed The role of school principals in the education of the Bani Ubayd Brigade in promoting human relations from the teachers' point of view came at a high level in all fields, and the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of significance (? = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all fields and the total degree except for the social field And the moral field, the differences were in favor of females, and the results showed that there were no statistically due to the effect of experience, and the presence of statistically attributed to the effect of the general qualification. For me in all fields and the overall degree, the differences came in favor of a bachelor's or less. In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was strengthening the strengths and providing all possibilities to maintain the high level to enhance the human relations of workers in the directorates of education
