هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر بيئة الأعمال التكنولوجية بابعادها (الأجهزة والمعدات، البرمجيات، قواعد البيانات المشتركة، فرق الدعم الفني، شبكات الاتصال) على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بابعادها (تخفيض التكلفة، التمايز، الوقت) للمشاريع الريادية في العاصمة عمان، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (124) عاملاً إدارياً في (5) مشاريع ريادية في العاصمة عمان، وتم استخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع من بيئة الأعمال التكنولوجية في المشاريع الريادية في العاصمة عمان، ووجود مستوى متوسط للميزة التنافسية في المشاريع الريادية في العاصمة عمان، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05??) لبيئة الأعمال التكنولوجية بأبعادها (الأجهزة والمعدات، قواعد البيانات المشتركة، فرق الدعم الفني، شبكات الاتصال) في الميزة التنافسية بأبعاده (تخفيض التكلفة، التمايز، الوقت) في المشاريع الريادية بالعاصمة عمان، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوفير الطاقات والإمكانيات المالية والادارية والخبرات التكنولوجية الضرورية لتعزيز المركز التنافسي، وتعزيز الاهتمام في مجال الإبداع التكنولوجي من خلال التحسين المستمر والتطوير والدراسة والمتابعة، لتمكين المشاريع الريادية من الحصول على مزايا تنافسية تدعم حصتها السوقية أو على الأقل المحافظة عليها على المستوى المحلي أو العالمي. |

The study aims to identify the impact of technological business through its dimensions (devices and equipment, shared databases, technical support teams, communication networks) on Competitive Advantage Achievement with its dimensions (cost reduction, differentiation, time) for entrepreneurial projects in Amman, Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect primary data from the study sample which consisted of (124) administrative staff at (5) entrepreneurial projects in Amman. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was employed to analyze data and test hypotheses.
The study revealed a number of results; the most important of which are: the presence of a high level of technological business environment in the entrepreneurial projects in Amman, the presence of a medium level of competitive advantage in the entrepreneurial projects in the Amman, and the presence of a statistically significant effect at a level of significance (??0.05) for the technological business environment, through its dimensions (devices and equipment, shared databases, technical support teams, communication networks) on the competitive advantage, with its dimensions (cost reduction, differentiation, time), in the entrepreneurial projects in Amman.
In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity to provide financial and management capabilities and technological expertise necessary to enhance the competitive advantage, and enhancing interest in the field of technological innovation through continuous improvement, development, study and follow-up, to enable entrepreneurial projects to gain competitive advantages that support their market share or at least maintain them at the local or global level
