الملخص بالعربية |
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان نشأة الاتفاقيات وطرق صياغتها، وأطراف الاتفاقية وأركانها وشروطها واختصاصتها، والتأصيل الشرعي والتنظيم القانوني لها. كما تهدف إلى بيان الإجراءات القانونية والإرشادات العامة في إدارة الجلسة في مكاتب الإصلاح الأسري، وبيان دور العاملين فيها ضمن اختصاصاتهم التوعوية والمكانية والزمانية. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي والاستنباطي من أجل إظهار النتائج، وذلك من خلال الاستشهاد بآيات من القران الكريم، والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة.
وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في ثلاثة فصول، حيث تضمن الفصل الأول (التمهيدي)أطراف الاتفاقيات الصادرة عن مديرية الإصلاح والوساطة والتوفيق الأسري وأركانها وشروطها واختصاصاتها، والفصل الثاني بيّن خطوات إدارة الجلسة في مكتب الإصلاح الأسري والإجراءات القانونية والإرشادات العامة المتعلقة بحضور أطراف النزاع أو تخلفهم عن الحضور، والفصل الثالث تحدث عن الدراسة التقييمية لمدى تحقيق المديرية لشعارها، وتقييم تطبيق العاملين في المديرية ودور العاملين في مكاتب المديرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نجاح فكرة مكاتب الإصلاح والوساطة والتوفيق الأسري في تحقيق أهدافها في التقليل من النزاعات الأسرية والتخفيف من التبعات المادية، وظهور الآثار الإيجابية على الأسر والمجتمع الأردني، من خلال النظر إلى إحصائيات اتفاقيات الصلح الصادرة عن المكتب. لذلك توصي الدراسة بأن يكون هناك دور فعال لطلاب العلم لدراسة موضوعات الأسرة والعناية بالإصلاح الأسري، من خلال الأبحاث العلمية، وربط الجانب النظري والعملي لمناقشة واقع الأسرة وحاجاتها ومستقبلها وتحدياتها في هذه الحياة.

This study aims to know what is meant by the agreements issued by the Jordanian family reform, mediation and conciliation offices and their affiliated offices. It also aims to study the origins of the agreements and the methods of their drafting, the parties to the agreement, its articles, conditions and competences, and the legal establishment and legal regulation of them. It also aims to clarify the legal procedures and general guidelines in managing the session in the family reform offices and the role of its employees within their educational, spatial and temporal terms of reference. The study used the analytical and deductive method for you in order to show the results, by citing the noble hadiths and verses from the Holy Quran.
This study included three chapters, as the first chapter included the parties to the agreements issued by the Directorate of Reform, Mediation and Family Reconciliation, their pillars, conditions and jurisdiction, The second chapter shows the steps for running the session in the family reform office, the legal procedures, and general guidelines related to the presence of the parties to the conflict or their failure to attend, The third chapter talks about the evaluation study of the extent to which the directorate has achieved its slogan and evaluates the implementation of the directorate's workers and the role of workers in the directorate's offices. The study found that the idea of family reform, mediation and reconciliation offices succeeded in achieving its goals, which are to reduce family conflicts and mitigate the material consequences, and to show the positive effects on families and Jordanian society, by looking at the statistics of reconciliation agreements issued by the office. Therefore, the study recommends that there be an effective role for science students to study family issues and take care of family reform, through scientific research, and to link the theoretical and practical side to discuss the family's reality, its needs, its future and its challenges in this life
