The researcher studied the achievements of reason of ruling and its impact on contemporary ijtihad. (Bank services ,case study), a practical study in order to achieve the reason of ruling and its importance in judging new financials ,specially those related to bank services. The study aimed to show the effect of achieving the reason of ruling and its impact on contemporary ijtihad is the field of bank services specially in some of credit and investment services . This study is divided into an introduction and four chapters:the preliminary :the essential concepts of achieving the reason of ruling and its impact on contemporary ijtihad and bank services . The first chapter is: the concept of achieving the reason of ruling and its impact on contemporary ijtihad and bank services .the second chapter :achieving the reason of ruling and its impact on bank creditservices. The third chapter is achieving the reason of ruling and its impact on bank investment services . The study ,through the empirical and deductive method found that achieving the reason of ruling is so important and indispensable in the modern developments, and it is a must to be aware that there is no usury and deception in the contracts . The study clarified that achieving the reason of ruling has a clear impact on jurists division concerning modern issues for bank services ,that was clear during defining the problem and the extent of matching the modern issue with the reference one .this study is only concerned with certain kinds of bank services which are:(credit cards ,installments ,saving, bank credits , bank transferring, and investment portfolio)
