هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُف دور مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية في تحقيق متطلبات الوقاية الصحية للمقاصف المدرسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وعلاقتها بالمتغيرات الآتية (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية وسنوات الخبرة) وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة. وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبلغ عددها(2258) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في البادية الشمالية الغربية في محافظة المفرق،، للعام الدراسي2019/2020 وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (293) من معلمي المدارس التابعة للواء البادية الشمالية الغربية في محافظة المفرق، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (51) فقرة ، وُزعت على خمسة مجالات، لقياس دور مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية في تحقيق متطلبات الوقاية الصحية للمقاصف المدرسية وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، أظهرت النتائج أن دور مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الغربية في تحقيق متطلبات الوقاية الصحية للمقاصف المدرسية من وجهه نظر المعلمين جاء بالمستوى المتوسط، وجميع المجالات جاءت بالمستوى المتوسط أيضاً، حيث جاءت المجالات وبالترتيب التنازلي على التوالي (الموقع والمبنى، الوقاية الصحية المدرسية، التغذية السليمة، العاملون، التجهيزات والتأثيث)، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس باستثناء مجال الوقاية الصحية المدرسية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة . في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية وجاءت الفروق لصالح المرحلة الأساسية.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها : ضرورة تفعيل الرقابة المدرسية، من قبل منسقي الصحة ومدراء المدارس. والتأكيد على ضرورة رفع مستوى تطبيق برامج التوعية الصحية المقدمة لطلبة المدارس. والمزيد من الدراسات حول هذا الموضوع لأهميته تحديداً في ظل جائحة كورونا .

The study aimed at identifying the role of principals of the northwestern Badia schools in achieving health protection requirements for school canteens from the teachers 'point of view, and their relationship to the following variables (gender, educational qualification, educational stage and years of experience). The sample of the study was chosen by simple random method, and its number reached (2258) male and female teachers from public schools in the northwestern Badia in Mafraq Governorate, for the academic year 2019/2020. The study sample consisted of (293) teachers from schools in the northwestern desert district in Mafraq Governorate To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (51) paragraphs was developed, distributed in five areas, to measure the role of principals of schools in the northwestern Badia in achieving health protection requirements for school canteens, and the tool was verified as honest and consistent, the results showed that the role of principals of schools in the northwestern Badia Achieving health protection requirements for school canteens from the teachers point of view came at the middle level, and all fields came to the middle level as well, where the fields came in descending order respectively (location and building, school health protection, proper nutrition, workers, equipment and furnishing), and the results showed that there were no differences Attributed to the gender variable except in the field of school health protection, the differences came in favor of males, and the absence of differences attributed to the variables of the educational qualification and experience. While the results showed that there were differences attributable to the variable of the educational stage and the differences came in favor of the basic stage.
In light of these results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of activating school supervision by health coordinators and school administrators.
And stressing the need to raise the level of application of health awareness programs provided to school students. And more studies on this topic because of its importance in light of the Corona pandemic |
