الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الأقلية الكردية على العلاقات التركية السورية، وبيان طبيعة تلك العلاقات، وذلك من خلال تحليلها وبيان مدى تأثيرها على العلاقات التركية السورية، وأثر تطور هذه العلاقات على الاستقرار الإقليمي للمنطقة، والقدرة على إيجاد حلول للمشكلات والقضايا فيها، وتحديد أهم العوامل التي أدت إلى تقارب أو تباعد العلاقات السورية التركية؛ لما كان للأزمة الكردية من دور كبير في تنافر العلاقات السورية التركية؛ بسبب احتضان سوريا لحزب العمال الكردستاني والعمل على تدريبه وتقديم المساعدات اللازمة للضغط على تركيا، وتبرز مشكلة الدراسة في السعي للتوصل إلى طبيعة التأثير ما بين العلاقات السورية والتركية، والقدرة على تحقيق الاستقرار، والتعرف على العوامل التي تعيق تطور تلك العلاقات، وأبرزت الدراسة عدة فرضيات ارتباطيه إيجابية بين تطور العلاقات السورية التركية وتحسينها لتحقيق الاستقرار الإقليمي، حيث استخدم الباحث منهجية نظرية الدور في إطار العلاقات الدولية والمنهج الوظيفي في إطار الجغرافيا السياسية، كما انه تما الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي للكشف عن عناصر المحددات الجيوسياسية في العلاقات التركية السورية ودور الأكراد بالعلاقات بينهما وإبرازها .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للأقليات الكردية أثر على العلاقات التركية السورية، إذ شكلت قضية الأكراد عقبة رئيسة أمام تطوير العلاقات بين تركيا وسورية؛ مما أدى ذلك إلى أثر عميق في زيادة حدة الخلافات بين تركيا وسوريا؛ وذلك لوجود الأكراد على المناطق الحدودية للبلدين، واعتبار قضية الأكراد قضية مشتركة بين الطرفين، كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على مراحل العلاقات التركية السورية وتطورها، وعلى قضية لواء الأسكندرون؛ لما لهذه القضية من أهمية في تطوير العلاقات التركية السورية، وقضية المياه المشتركة والثورة السورية ما بعد 2011 ، والاعتراف بحقوق الأكراد الثقافية والقومية بشرط أن يتم ذلك وفق نطاق الوحدة الوطنية للدولتين السورية والتركية، والابتعاد عن الحلول العسكرية التي يترتب عليها زيادة المشكلات لحل القضية الكردية، وفي النهاية يمكن القول أنه على الرغم من وجود المعوقات التي تقف في وجه تطور العلاقات بين الدول وخاصة الدول التي تشترك حدودها مع بعضها البعض، فإن عوامل التقارب والتعاون يجب أن تكون أكبر بكثير من تلك المعوقات .

The study aimed to identify the impact of the Kurdish minority on Turkish-Syrian relations, and to clarify the nature of those relations, by analyzing them and showing the extent of their impact on Turkish-Syrian relations, and the impact of the development of these relations on the regional stability of the region, and the ability to find solutions to problems and issues in it, and to identify the most important factors Which led to the convergence or divergence of the Syrian-Turkish relations; Whereas the Kurdish crisis had a major role in the dissonance of Syrian-Turkish relations; Because of Syria's embrace of the PKK, and working to train it and provide the necessary assistance to put pressure on Turkey.
The study problem emerges in seeking to reach the nature of influence between Syrian and Turkish relations, the ability to achieve stability, and identify the factors that hinder the development of those relations, and the study highlighted several positive correlational hypotheses between the development of Syrian-Turkish relations and their improvement to achieve regional stability.
Where the researcher used the methodology of role theory in the framework of international relations and the functional approach in the context of geopolitics, and he used the descriptive and analytical method to uncover the elements of geopolitical determinants in the Turkish-Syrian relations and the role of the Kurds in the relations between them and highlighting them.

The study found that Kurdish minorities have an impact on Turkish-Syrian relations, as the issue of the Kurds constituted a major obstacle to developing relations between Turkey and Syria. This led to a profound effect in exacerbating the differences between Turkey and Syria. This is due to the presence of the Kurds on the border areas of the two countries, and considering the issue of the Kurds as a common issue between the two parties, as the study sheds light on the stages and development of Turkish-Syrian relations, and on the issue of the Iskenderun Brigade. Because of the importance of this issue in the development of Turkish-Syrian relations, the issue of common water and the Syrian revolution after 2011, And recognition of the cultural and national rights of the Kurds, provided that this is done in accordance with the scope of the national unity of the Syrian and Turkish states, and moving away from military solutions that result in increasing problems to solve the Kurdish issue. In the end, it can be said that despite the existence of obstacles that stand in the way of the development of relations between countries, especially those that share borders with each other, the factors of rapprochement and cooperation must be much greater than these obstacles
