تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان حكم تعجيل الزكاة من خلال البحث في المسائل التي تتعلق بهذا الموضوع، وقد تناولت فيها تعريف الزكاة لغة واصطلاحًا، وشروط وجوبها، والمستحقين لها، واجتهدت في إبراز مفهوم التعجيل، والأحكام التكليفية لتعجيل الزكاة، وبيان بعض أسباب التعجيل، والأموال التي يجوز تعجيل زكاتها، وأسباب وضوابط تعجيل الزكاة، وذكرت أمثلة مجملة لبعض القضايا المعاصرة التي يمكن للباحثين معرفة حكم التعجيل فيها بعد التأكد من مشروعية صرف الزكاة فيها وجواز توجيه جزء من الزكاة إليها.
وانتهيت إلى أن تعجيل الزكاة جائز ما دامت أسبابه موجودة، وأن من أسباب تعجيل الزكاة وجود المصلحة العامة، وحاجة الفقراء - لأن الزكاة إنما شرعت لحاجتهم- وكذلك السفر وقدوم السعاة أو الجباة من مسوغات تعجيل الزكاة، ويضاف إلى هذه الأسباب مجموعة من الضوابط والشروط التي متى توفرت جاز التعجيل، ومنها اكتمال النصاب وعدم إفساد المال بالتعجيل، وصلاح المال المعجَّل للانتفاع به كالزرع فلابد من تمكن الفقير من الاستفادة منه. وكذلك صدقة الفطر كغيرها يجوز تعجيلها، لكن شريطة أن يكون التعجيل في رمضان لا قبله.

The study aims at explain the ruling on expedite zakat by researching questions on this subject, The study deals with meaning of zakat of the language and idiomatically, and the conditions of its obligation, and those who are deserves to it, I strive to highlight meaning of expediting, and the mandatory provisions for expediting zakat, Explain some of the reasons for the acceleration expedite, and the funds that may be expedited to pay zakat, and the reasons and controls for expediting zakat, I mentioned aggregate examples of some contemporary issues that researchers can learn about the ruling on expediting them after confirming the legality of the payment of Zakat in it and the permissibility of directing part of the Zakat to it.
This study confirms that the expediting zakat is permissible as long as its causes are present, and that one of the reasons for expediting zakat is the existence of the public interest, and the need of the poor - because zakat is based on their need - as well as travel and the arrival of couriers or collection from the justifications for expediting zakat, As well to these reasons is a set of controls and conditions that are available when expediting is permitted, including the completion of the quorum and the failure to spoil the money in haste, and the validity of the expedited money to benefit from it like planting, so the poor must be able to benefit from it. As well al-Fitr almsgiving, like others, may be expedited, but provided that the expedition is during Ramadan and not before it
