الملخص بالعربية
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعّرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في مديرية قصبة المفرق لمهامهم وفقا لنموذج دلفاي، وقد طوّرت الباحثة أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة مكوّنة من (49) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من(120) مدير ومديرة من مديري المدارس في مديرية قصبة المفرق، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لمهامهم وفقا لنموذج دلفاي من وجهة نظرهم كانت بدرجة منخفضة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس كانت بدرجة منخفضة في جميع المجالات (المجال الإداري، المجال الاشرافي، المجال الفني). كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء المجال الإشرافي وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات باستثناء المجال الإشرافي والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح الدراسات العليا. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة الإدارية في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء المجال الفني وجاءت الفروق لصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المرحلة التعليمية في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية. وقد اختتمت الباحثة دراستها بمجموعة من التوصيات ومنها إقامة دورات تدريبية مستمرة في الإدارة التربوية لمديري المدارس في كيفية استخدام نموذج دلفاي في مهامهم الإدارية والفنية والإشرافية.

 This study aimed at The School Principals Practicing Degree in Mafraq Borough Education Governorate for their Duties According to the Delphi, The researcher developed the study tool, which is a questionnaire consisting of (49) items, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Then it was distributed to a stratified random sample of (120) principals and principals from the school principals in the Borough of Mafraq, and the descriptive approach was used. The results of the study showed that the overall degree of the degree to which school principals in the Borough of Mafraq would practice their duties according to the Delphi model from their point of view was at a low Degree. The results also showed that the degree of practicing school principals was at a low degree in the administrative field. In the technical field it was at a low degree, and in the supervisory field it was at a low degree. The results of the study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the impact of gender in all fields and the overall degree except for the supervisory field, and the differences were in favor of females, and the results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of scientific qualification in all fields except for the supervisory field and the overall degree. In favor of postgraduate studies. The results of the study also revealed that there is no statistical significance attributable to the impact of years of administrative experience in all fields and the overall degree except for the technical field, and the differences came in favor of 10 years or more. The results of the study also revealed that there is no statistical significance attributable to the effect of the educational stage in all fields and the total degree. The researcher concluded her study with a set of recommendations, including the establishment of continuous training courses in educational administration for school principals on how to use the Delphi model in their administrative, technical and supervisory tasks
