هدفت الدراسة معرفة درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء وادي السير للقيادة الابتكارية وعلاقتها بجودة الأداء المدرسي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (388) معلماً ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في لواء وادي السير تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وقامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة مكونة من قسمين هما متغير القيادة الابتكارية وجودة الأداء المدرسي.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من درجة ممارسة القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري مدارس لواء وادي السير، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من جودة الأداء المدرسي لمديري مدارس لواء وادي السير، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (?=0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء وادي السير للقيادة الابتكارية فيها تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وللخبرة)، ويوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=?) في مستوى جودة الأداء المدرسي لمديري مدارس لواء وادي السير تعزي لمتغيرات (الجنس)، كما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=?) في مستوى جودة الأداء المدرسي لمديري مدارس لواء وادي السير تعزي لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الابتكارية بمجالاتها وجودة الأداء المدرسي لمديري مدارس لواء وادي السير.
وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات للتدريب على استراتيجيات حديثة تمكن مديري المدارس من التعامل مع الأفكار الابتكارية الجديدة، وعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس لزيادة معرفتهم بأساليب القيادة الابتكارية ليتمكنوا من التنبؤ بالمشكلات قبل حدوثها.

The study aimed to identify the degree of school principals? practice of Wadi Al-Seer district for innovative leadership and its relationship to the quality of school performance. The sample of study consisted of (388) male and female teachers of the public and private schools of Wadi Al-Seer district; they were chosen in a simple random way by distributing them electronically. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher has developed a questionnaire consisting of two main sections: the variable of innovative leadership with its fields (developing educational cadres, structuring change of the school environment, developing management) and the variable of quality of school performance with its fields (ethical practices of workers, oversight of the management of learning and education, developing the teacher environment). To answer the study questions, the means, standard deviations, analysis of multiple variance and Pearson correlation coefficient have been used.
The study results showed that there was a moderate level of the degree of innovative leadership practice among principals of Wadi Al-Seer district schools, with a mean of (2.32). The results also indicated that there was a moderate level of quality of school performance among principals of Wadi Al-Seer district schools with a mean of (2.36). In addition, the study found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (? = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample to the degree of school principals? practice of Wadi Al-Seer district for innovative leadership attributed to the variables of (gender, academic level, and experience); that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (? = 0.05) in the level of quality of school performance of principals of Wadi Al-Seer district schools attributable to the (gender) variable. Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (? = 0.05) in the level of school performance quality of principals of Wadi Al-Seer schools, attributed to variables of (academic level, years of experience). Moreover, the results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between the innovative leadership with its fields and the quality of the school performance of the principals of Wadi Al-Seer district schools.
In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of holding training courses on modern strategies that enable school principals to deal with new innovative ideas, and the necessity of holding training courses for school principals to increase their knowledge of innovative leadership methods so that they can predict problems before they occur
