هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في تربية قصبة المفرق وعلاقته بتنمية المهارات القيادة لديهم، والتعرف إلى أثر متغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (259) معلما ومعلمة في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع بلغ (755) معلم ومعلمة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت الأداة من الاستبانة المكونة من قسمين، حيث اشتمل القسم الأول على (41) فقرة لقياس دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي، ومكون من (3) مجالات هي، الطلبة، المعلمين، الأنشطة اللاصفية، واشتمل القسم الثاني على (27) فقرة لقياس المهارات القيادية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، ومكون من(3) مجالات وهي، مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين، مهارة اتخاذ القرار، مهارة العمل الجماعي، وتم الـتأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الأداة ككل، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي باستثناء المعلمين وجاءت الفروق لصالح البكالوريوس، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) بين 10 سنوات فأكثر من جهة وكل من أقل من 5 سنوات، و5- أقل من 10 سنوات من جهة أخرى، وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من أقل من 5 سنوات، و5- أقل من 10 سنوات في الأنشطة اللاصفيّة، كما وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر المهارات القيادية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية قد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الأداة ككل، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية(?= 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين وجاءت الفروق لصالح البكالوريوس، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) بين 10 سنوات فأكثر من جهة وكل من أقل من 5 سنوات ،و5- أقل من 10 سنوات من جهة أخرى وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من أقل من 5 سنوات، و5- أقل من 10 سنوات في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، كما وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين تقديرات المعلمين لدور الإدارة المدرسية في المفرق في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية وبين تقديراتهم لدرجة توافر المهارات القيادية لدى الطلبة، وأوصت الدراسة بإعداد البرامج والندوات لمديري المدارس بهدف زيادة الوعي والاهتمام بثقافة العمل التطوعي، وعقد الأنشطة وورش العمل للطلبة بهدف زيادة تعريفهم بأهمية توافر المهارات القيادية لديهم، إقامة برامج مشتركة بين المدارس ومؤسسات المجتمع الخيرية تهدف إلى تقديم خدمة عامة للمجتمع.

 The study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in promoting the culture of volunteer work among secondary school students in raising the Kasbah of Mafraq and its relationship to developing their leadership skills, and to identify the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience). The study sample consisted of (259) teachers in the Directorate of Raising the Kasbah of Mafraq, they were chosen by a simple random method from a community of (755) teachers, and the descriptive approach was used, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of two parts, where the first section included (41) items to measure the role of the school administration in promoting the culture of volunteer work. It consists of (3) areas, namely, students, teachers, and extra-curricular activities, and the second section included (27) items to measure leadership skills of high school students, and it consists of (3) areas, namely, communication skills with others, decision-making skill, and work skill The results showed that the role of the school administration in promoting the culture of volunteer work came to a high degree on all areas of the tool as a whole, and the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender and qualification. For my knowledge, with the exception of teachers, the differences came in favor of a bachelor?s degree, and there were statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) between 10 years or more on one side and each of less than 5 years and 5- less than 10 years on the other hand, and the differences came in favor of everyone who is less than 5 years And 5 - less than 10 years in extracurricular activities, and the results also showed that the degree of availability of leadership skills among secondary school students had a high degree on all areas of the tool as a whole, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in All fields and the overall degree with the exception of the skill of communicating with others, the differences were in favor of males, and there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) due to the effect of scientific qualification in all fields and the total degree except for the skill of communicating with others and the differences came in favor of the bachelor?s, and the presence of statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) between 10 years and more on one side and everyone who is less than 5 years old, and 5 - less than 10 years on the other hand, and the differences came in favor of everyone who is less than 5 years old, and 5 - less than 10 years in all fields and the overall degree, as well as The results showed a positive statistically significant relationship between the estimate Teachers have appraised the role of the school administration in Mafraq in promoting the culture of volunteer work among high school students and their estimates of the degree of availability of leadership skills among students. The study recommended preparing programs and seminars for school principals with the aim of increasing awareness and interest in the culture of volunteer work, and holding activities and workshops for students in order to increase their awareness of the importance of availability They have leadership skills, establish joint programs between schools and community charitable institutions aiming to provide public service to society
