This Study aims to identify the linguistic miraculousness of the Holy Quran within the religious scholar Mohammad Al-Shaarway's thoughts . This Study addresses the features of the Quranic miraculousness, identifies the concept of linguistic miraculousness and the interpretation methodology Al-Sharaawy takes in the rhetoric and linguistic features. The Study casts light on the distinguished rhetoric level Al-Shaarawy uses in his interpreting to the Holy Quran and shows the scientific interpretative and linguistic skills Al-Shaarway has. The study depended on the descriptive approach which mentions the words of shaikh Shaarawi and employs and explains them. Also it depended on the analytic approach in analyzing shaikh Shaarawi's books and works. And one of the most important findings of this study is to highlight the linguistic miracles of Sheikh Al-Shaarawi, and the use of Sheikh Al-Shaarawi in his interpretation of the Sunnah and theCompanions is less, unlike his use of the interpretation of the Qur'an by thQur'an, and the interpretation of Sheikh Al-Shaarawi is one of the finest and best contemporary books written in Its field and interpretation are full of linguistic interest, deductions and analysis
