هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة المفرق في تهيئة البيئة التنظيمية لمدارسهم بتحويلها إلى مدارس مجتمعية, تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2020 م, وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي , تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة المفرق، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (164) مديراً ومديرة, وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة من الذكور (70), كما بلغ عدد الإناث (94) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المسحية, وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
- جاء المتوسط الحسابي لمجال المجتمع المحلي بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، بينما جاء المتوسط الحسابي لمجال تهيئة البيئة المدرسية وبدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، أما المتوسط الحسابي للمجلات ككل بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة أيضاً.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05??) بين المتوسطات الحسابيةلاستجابات أفراد العينة على مجالات مقياس الدراسة تبعاً لمتغير (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة).
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05??) للمتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة على مجال المجتمع المحلي والمقياس ككل بين المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، ماجستير) وبين المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، دكتوراه)، حيث كانت هذه الفروق لصالح المؤهل العلمي (دكتوراه، وماجستير).
وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة التوصيات الآتية:
- إجراء المزيد من الأبحاث والدراسات المشابهة لموضوع الدراسة في مناطق ومراحل مختلفة.
- تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية ما بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي.
- منح الصلاحيات اللازمة لمديري المدارس لتفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي بشكل أكبر.

The current study aimed to identify the role of government school principals in the Kasbah of Al-Mafraq Brigade in creating the organizational environment for their schools by converting them into community schools, the study was applied in the second semester 2020 ,an survey descriptive approach was used ,the study community consisted of female principals and male principals of public schools in the Kasbah of Mafraq Brigade ,the study sample consisted of (164) male and female principals ,the number of the male sample individuals was (70),and the number of females reached (94) , who were chosen by the survey method. The study concluded the following results:
- The arithmetic average for the local community came with high approval degree, while the arithmetic average for the field of creating the school environment came with a high approval degree, and the arithmetic average for magazines as a whole was with high approval degree too.
- There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05? ?) between arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample individuals on the fields of the study scale according to the variable (gender, years of experience).
-There were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05? ?) for the arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample individuals on the community field and the scale as a whole between the scientific qualification(Bachelor, Master)and the scientific qualification (Bachelor, Doctorate),where these differences were for favor of the scientific qualification( Doctorate، Master)
In light of the results, the female researcher made the following recommendations:
- Conducting more research and studies similar to the subject of the study in different regions and stages.
- Activating the community partnership between the school and the local community.
- Granting the necessary powers to school principals to activate the partnership between the school and the local community
