هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرّف على درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأساليب التدريب الحديثة لتفعيل المهارات التي استهدفتها مبادرة القراءة والحساب لمعلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء البادية الشمالية الغربية في الأردن ومعرفة أثر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وعدد الدورات التدريبية على درجة هذه الممارسة. وقد أعدَت الباحثة أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة مكوّنة من (30) فقرة، تم التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها. ومن ثم تم توزيعها على العينة المتيسرة التي تكونت من (149) معلم ومعلمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لممارسة المشرفين كانت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المشرفين من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى تبعاً لاختلاف الجنس ولصالح الإناث، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المشرفين من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى تبعاً لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المشرفين من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى تبعاً لاختلاف عددالدورات التدريبةولصالح 4 دورات فأكثر، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصية بأهمية عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى لمتابعة تطبيق مهارات القراءة والحساب، وضرورة تحديث محتوى أدلة الصفوف الثلاث الأولى بمحتوى يتضمن مهارات القراءة والحساب وكيفية تنميتها. |

This study aimed to identify the degree to which educational supervisors practice modern training methods to activate the skills targeted by the Reading and Mathematics Project (RAMP) for teachers of the first three grades in the Directorate of Education of the Northwestern Badia District in Jordan, and to know the impact of the variables of gender, academic qualification and the number of training courses on the degree of this practice. The researcher prepared the study tool, which is a questionnaire consisting of (30) items, the indications of validity and reliability were ascertained. Then it was distributed to the available sample, which consisted of (149) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the overall degree of supervisors' practice was moderate. The results of the study also resulted in statistically significant differences in the degree of supervisors? practice from the point of view of teachers of the first three grades, according to the difference of sex and in favor of females. The results of the study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of supervisors' practice from the teachers' point of view according to the difference in the academic qualification. The study also revealed the existence of statistically significant differences in the degree of supervisors' practice from the teachers' point of view, according to the difference in the number of training courses for 4 or more courses. Therefore, in light of the results of the study, the importance of holding training courses for teachers of the first three grades was recommended to follow up the application the skills targeted by (RAMP), it also recommended the necessity to update the content of the guides for the first three grades to includes reading and mathematics skills and how to develop them |
