هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مديريّة تربية عمان الثّانية وأثر المتغيرات للقيادة المتسامية، وعلاقتها بالاستقامة التّنظيميّة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وجرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة طورت الباحثة استبانة لجمع البيانات، حيث تكونت عينة الدّراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة في مدارس مديريّة تربية عمان الثّانية، واستخدمت الباحثة برنامج الرزم الإحصائيّة للعلوم الاجتماعيّة (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات.
وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى وجود درجة متوسطة لممارسة مديري مدارس مديريّة تربية عمان الثّانية للقيادة المتسامية والاستقامة التّنظيميّة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدّلالة (??0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدّراسة حول درجة ممارسة مديرو مدارس مديريّة تربية عمان الثّانية للقيادة المتسامية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدّلالة (??0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدّراسة حول درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مديريّة تربية عمان الثّانية للاستقامة التّنظيميّة تعزى لمتغير (الخبرة)، بينما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدّلالة (??0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدّلالة (??0.05) بين القيادة المتسامية والاستقامة التّنظيميّة, وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدّراسة بعدة توصيات، أهمها: عقد دورات تدريبية في مجال الاستقامة لمديري المدارس، وعقد دورات تدريبية في مجال المهارات التّكنولوجيّة خاصة في التّعامل مع مهارات التّعلم عن بعد.

This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the directors of schools of the second Amman education directorate of transcendent leadership and its relationship to organizational integrity from the viewpoint of the teachers themselves, an analytical descriptive approach was used, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire to collect data, the study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers in schools the second Amman Education Directorate, the researcher used (SPSS) for data processing.
The study reached to an intermediate degree of the practice of the directors of schools of the second Amman Education Directorate for transcendent leadership and organizational integrity, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the estimates of the study sample about the degree of practice of the directors of the second Amman Education Directorate for transcendental leadership is due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience), and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) the estimates of the study sample on the degree of practice of the directors of schools of the second Amman Education Directorate of organizational integrity is attributed to the variable (experience), while there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) is attributed to the variable (gender, educational qualification),and the presence of a statistically significant correlation at the significance level (0.05) between transcendental leadership and organizational integrity.
In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, Holding training courses in the field of accommodation for school principals, Holding training courses in the field of technological skills, especially in dealing with distance learning skills
