هدفت الدِّراسة إلى التّعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت لأدوارهم التّربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وعلاقته بدرجة أداء المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتكونت من (624) معلماً ومعلمة، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت لأدوارهم التّربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت لأدوارهم التّربوية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
توصلت الدِّراسة إلى أن درجة أداء المعلمين في مدارس محافظة الأحمدي بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة لمحور أداء المعلمين في مدارس محافظة الأحمدي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت لأدوارهم التّربوية ودرجة أداء المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
بناءً على النتائج التّي توصلت إليها الدِّراسة فإنَّ الباحث يوصي بعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس تتعلق بالأدوار التّربوية وكيفية النهوض بهذه الأدوار المتعددة في ظل تعدد مهام مدير المدرسة وواجباته، وتعزيز درجة أداء المعلمين بتقديم الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمُعّلِّمين إضافة إلى إعداد دورة لهؤلاء المُعّلِّمين تُساعدهم في معرفة مفاهيم الدافعية وعلاقتها بالإنجاز الجيد وبالمعنويات.

The study aimed to identify educational roles of secondary school principals in the state of Kuwait and its relation with of Performance of Teachers from teacher's perspectives. the descriptive method was used. A sample was chosen in the simple random way. It consisted of (624) teachers, the study showed that the level of practicing secondary school principals in Al-Ahmadi governorate in the state of kuwait for their educational roles from the point of view of the teachers came to a medium degree. the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample secondary school in Al-ahmadi governorate in the state of Kuwait for their educational roles due to gender variables and scientific qualification, and there are differences of statistical significance due to variable years of experience.
The study found that the level of performance of teachers in the schools of Al-ahmadi in Kuwait from their point of view came at a medium level. the study found that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimation of the sample of the teachers' performance in the schools of Al-ahmadi governorate due to the gender variable, qualification and years of experience. the results showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the level of secondary school principals in Al-ahmadi governorate in Kuwait for their educational roles and the level of teacher performance from the point of view of teachers.
Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends holding training courses for school principals related to the educational roles and how to promote these multiple roles in light of the multiplicity of tasks and duties of the school principal and enhance the performance of teachers by providing material and moral incentives for teachers in addition to preparing a course for these teachers help them to know the concepts Motivation and its relation to good achievement and morale
