هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك طلبة الدراسات العليا بتخصص الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية لمهارات إدارة الذات وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة، ومستوى البرنامج، والجامعة) في ذلك واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة، تكونت من (47) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات هي: (إدارة الجانب السلوكي، إدارة الجانب المهني، إدارة الوقت، الثقة بالنفس). وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (261) طالبا وطالبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك طلبة الدراسات العليا بتخصص الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية لمهارات إدارة الذات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة في جميع المجالات، وجاء مجال إدارة الجانب السلوكي بالرتبة الأولى ثم مجال إدارة الوقت بالرتبة الثانية، ثم مجال الثقة بالنفس بالرتبة الثالثة، ثم مجال إدارة الجانب المهني في الرتبة الأخيرة ، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة ومستوى البرنامج، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغير الجامعة لصالح الجامعات الخاصة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد ورش عمل وتدريب لطلبة الإدارة التربوية على مواقف إدارية مختلفة لزيادة التعرف إلى مجالات تطوير الذات. |

The study aimed to identify the degree of possessing self-management skills by graduate students in education administration at Jordanian universities and the impact of the variables (gender, experience and the level of the program and the university) in that and the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and to achieve the goals of the study a tool was developed, consisting of (47) paragraphs distributed It has four areas: (Behavioral side management, professional aspect management, time management, self-confidence). Its validity and reliability were
verified, and the study sample consisted of (261) male and female students. The results of the study showed that the degree of graduate students in the specialization of educational management in Jordanian universities has self-management skills came in a high degree in all fields, and the field of behavioral aspect came first and then the field of time management at the second level, then the field of self-confidence at the third level, then the field of management The occupational side is in the last rank, and the results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample according to gender and experience variables and the level of the program, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample according to the university variable for the benefit of universities Especially, in light of the results of the study study it recommended a set of recommendations, including: - the need to hold workshops and training for students of educational administration at different administrative positions to further identify areas of self development
