تُعْتَبَرُ الْخِطَابَاتُ الرَّسْمِيَّةُ حَوْلَ الشَّبَابِ مَحَطَّ حَيَوِيٍّ وَفَاعِلٍ لِلدِّرَاسَةِ, َذَلِكَ بِسَبَبِ تَأْثِيرِهَا الْكَبِيرِ وَدَوْرِهَا اَلْمُؤَثِّرِ عَلَى الشَّبَابِ . وَلِهَذَا السَّبَبِ سَعَى الْبَاحِثُ إِلَى دِرَاسَةِ وَتَحْلِيلِ خِطَابَاتِ صَاحِبِ السُّمُوِّ الْمَلَكِيِّ وَلِيِّ الْعَهْدِ الْأُرْدُنِّيِّ الْأَمِيرِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الثَّانِي . وَيُذَكِّرُ بِأَنَّ سَمَّوْهُ قَدْ أَلْقَى الْعَدِيدَ مِنْ الْخِطَابَاتِ تَحْدُثُ مِنْ خِلَالِهَا عَنْ الْمَشَاكِلِ وَالصُّعُوبَاتِ الْمُعَاصِرَةِ الْيَوْمِيَّةِ اَلَّتِي يُوَاجِهُهَا الشَّبَابُ. وَمِن هَذَا الْمُنْطَلَقِ أُجْرِيْتْ هَذِهِ الْأُطْرُوحَةُ لِاسْتِكْشَافِ تَأْثِيرِ مِثْلِ هَذِهِ الْخِطَابَاتِ عَلَى الشَّبَابِ ، كَمَصْدَرٍ كَبِيرٍ لِتَمْكينِهِمْ وَإِشْرَاكِهِمْ كَشُرَكَاءَ لِتَغْيِيرِ الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ وَتَحْسِينِ حَيَاتِهِمْ الْمَعِيشِيَّةِ . كَمَا تَضَمَّنْتْ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةُ تَحْلِيلَ الْكَلِمَاتِ الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ الْمُسْتَخْدَمَةِ فِي هَذِهِ الْخِطَابَاتِ. عِلَاوَةً عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ كَشَفْتْ المَعاني مِنْ خِلَالِ نَظَرِيَّةِ الْمَجَالِ الدِّلَالِيِّ وَمَنْظورِ دَلَالَاتِ الْحَقِيقَةِ الْمَشْرُوطَةِ , إِذْ رَكَّزْتْ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةُ فِي تَّصْنيفاتِ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الدَّلَالِيَّةِ الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ مِثْلَ التَّضْمِينِ ، وَالتَّضَارُبِ ، وَاَلْتَرادُفِ ، الِاسْتِلْزَامِ أَوْ التَّتَابُعِ ، وَاَلْافْتِراضاتِ الْمُسْبَقَةِ . وَذَلِكَ مِنْ خِلَالِ التَّوَسُّعِ فِي عَرْضِ جَمِيعِ أَنْوَاعِهَا وَخَصَائِصِهَا وَالْمُتَعَلِّقَةِ بِالْكَلِمَاتِ الأُخْرَى وَ بِحالاتِها الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ . إِذْ لَاحَظَ الْبَاحِثُ بِأَنَّ اسْتِخْدَامَ الْمُفْرَدَاتِ الْمُعْجَمِيَّةِ الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ فِي الْخِطَابَاتِ يُسَاعِدُ عَلَى إِثْرَاءِ وَتَعْمِيقِ الرَّسَائِلِ لَدَى الشَّبَابِ الْمُسْتَهْدَفَةِ .
وَقَدْ تَجَلَّى ذَلِكَ فِي بَحْثِ وَدِرَاسَةِ مَعاني الْمُفْرَدَاتِ بِالْإِضَافَةِ إِلَى دِرَاسَةِ هَذِهِ الْأَنْوَاعِ مِنْ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الْمُعْجَمِيَّةِ اَلَّتِي تَحْدُثُ دَاخِلَ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الْإِيحَائِيَّةِ وَاَلْنَحْويَّةِ . لِذَا ، فَقَدْ أَشَارْتْ الدِّرَاسَةُ بِأَنَّ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الْإِيحَائِيَّةَ تَحْدُثُ بَيْنَ الْعَنَاصِرِ اَلَّتِي يُمْكِنُ اسْتِبْدَالُهَا بِبَعْضِهَا الْبَعْضِ فِي نَفْسِ السِّيَاقِ ، بَيْنَمَا تَحَدَّثَ الْعَلَاقَاتُ النَّحْوِيَّةُ بَيْنَ الْعَنَاصِرِ الْمَوْجُودَةِ مَعًا فِي نَفْسِ السِّيَاقِ . وَنَتِيجَةً لِذَلِكَ ، فَقَدْ تَمَّ تَفْسِيرُ هَذَيْنِ النَّوْعَيْنِ مِنْ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الْمُعْجَمِيَّةِ مِنْ خِلَالِ نَظَرِيَّةِ الْمَجَالِ الْمُعْجَمِيَّةِ ، وَالَّتِي تَأْخُذُ بِعَيْنِ الِاعْتِبَارِ أَنْوَاعٌ مُتَعَدِّدَةً مِنْ الْعَلَاقَاتِ دَاخِلَ الْمَجَالِ الْمُعْجَمِيِّ .
أَظْهَرْتَ هَذِهِ الرِّسَالَةُ الْعَدِيدَ مِنْ وُجُهَاتِ النَّظَرِ : أَوَّلًا ، تُعْتَبَرُ الْعَلَاقَاتُ اَلْمُفَرِّدَاتِيهَ نَوْعًا مِنْ الْعَلَاقَاتِ الدَّلَالِيَّةِ اَلَّتِي تَلْعَبُ دَوْرًا رَئِيسِيًّا فِي وَصْفِ وَتَفْسِيرِ مَعاني الْمُفْرَدَاتِ . ثَانِيًا ، يَعْتَمِدُ تَحْدِيدُ مَعاني الْكَلِمَاتِ عَلَى عَلَاقَاتِهَا مَعَ بَعْضِهَا الْبَعْضِ مِنْ حَيْثُ التَّشَابُهُ وَالِاخْتِلَافُ وَالشُّمُولُ وَتُظْهِرُ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةُ أَنَّ التَّوَاصُلَ الْأَمْثَلَ مَعَ الشَّبَابِ يَحْدُثُ مِنْ خِلَالِ الْفَهْمِ الدَّقِيقِ لِمَعْنًى الْكَلِمَةِ وَعَلَاقَتِهَا بِالْكَلِمَاتِ الأُخْرَى ، وَبِالتَّالِي تُعْتَبَرُ الدِّرَاسَةُ فَعَّالَةً فِي فَحْصِ وَتَحْلِيلِ الْكَلِمَاتِ .

The main goal of this thesis is to provide rich semantic analysis, especially studying and distinguishing the relations between lexemes in the speeches of Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of Jordan Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II (Henceforth abbreviated as HRH). Particularly, it will highlight some types of lexical relations, such as; antonymy, synonymy, and hyponymy. Furthermore, the study will examine the combined lexemes, which help in studying sentence?s relations in terms of truth-conditions, entailment, and presupposition. Therefore, the meaning is divided into two levels: lexical semantics (morpheme meaning and word meaning) and compositional semantics (phrasal meaning and sentence meaning).
Official speeches on youth are vital to study because of their great influence and impact on audience) Kulo,2009, p.1). For this reason, the researcher aimed to study and analyze the speeches of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of Jordan Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II because HRH has delivered many speeches talking about youths' problems and difficulties they face every day; therefore, this thesis is conducted to explore the influence of such speeches, as a great source of empowering youth and involving them as partners to change the future and to improve their lives. Also, this study examined the indications of different words used in those speeches. Moreover, it explored those meanings from the semantic field perspective. It investigated the classifications of various semantic relations such as hyponymy, antonymy, synonymy, entailment, and presupposition through displaying and expanding their types and their characteristics concerning other words.
The researcher noticed that using various lexical relations in the speeches helps to enrich and to make the messages deep, which attracts the targeted audience, this appeared by studying the meanings of the words in addition to studying these types of lexical relations that occur within paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations. So, it has been shown that paradigmatic relations occurred between elements that can be substituted for one another in the same context, while syntagmatic relations occurred between elements that exist together in the same context. As a result, these two types of relations are explained through the theory of the lexical field. Moreover, lexical relations are considered as major role in the description and the interpretation of words' meanings. Therefore, the study is considered to be effective in examining and analyzing such speeches
