هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الصمود النفسي وعلاقته بمواجهة ضغوط العمل في ظل أزمة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في قصبة المفرق، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم ممارسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الإرتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في قصبة المفرق البالغ عددهم (123) مديرًا ومديرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نظرًا لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة، وتكونت الأداة من جزئين الأول: لقياس درجة ممارسة الصمود النفسي والجزء الثاني: لقياس ضغوط العمل في ظل أزمة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في قصبة المفرق، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الصمود النفسي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية قد جاء بالمستوى المرتفع حيث جاءت المجالات، وعلى الترتيب (المرونة وتحمل المسؤولية والتفاؤل والتماسك الشخصي)، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري المدارس قد جاء بالمستوى المرتفع لصالح المرونة وأظهرت النتائج أيضًا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيرات الجنس لصالح الاناث والخبرة في جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي.
وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الاتجاهات الايجابية لدى مديري المدارس نحو أهمية الصمود النفسي ودوره في تحمل ضغوط العمل، و بإجراء دراسات مماثلة لهذه الدراسة.

The study aimed at identify psychological resilience and its relationship to face work pressures in light of the Corona crisis among primary school principals in the Mafraq governorate, and to achieve the study objectives, a descriptive survey approach was used, and the study population consisted of a number of (123) primary public school principals in Mafraq governorate.
The study sample consisted of all members of the principals due to the small size of the study population, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire, to measure the degree of psychological resilience and its relationship to face work pressures in light of the Corona crisis among primary school principals in Mafraq governorate, and the results showed that the degree of psychological resilience of principals Public schools came at a high level, which the domains came, and in order (, flexibility responsibility, optimism and personal cohesion).
The results showed that the level of work stress school principals came at a high level and . The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender and experience variables in all domains and there aren?t statistically significant differences due to the effect of the educational qualification variable. The study recommended that conducting studies similar to this study, and reinforcing the positive attitudes of school principals towards the importance of psychological resilience and its role to face work pressure
