الملخص بالعربية |
تهدف هذه الدراسة لبيان موضوع "الضبط الاجتماعي في ضوء السنة النبوية"، من حيث توضيح مفهومه والكشف عن أهميته ومراحله ومصادره وأنواعه ووسائله والقيم والأهداف القائم عليها الموضوع.
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باتباع المنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والوصفي، والمقارنة، وذلك بالرجوع إلى السنة النبوية، واستنباط الأدلة والإشارات التي تتعلق بالضبط الاجتماعي.
وقد قسّمت الباحثة هذه الدراسة إلى مقدمة وثلاثة فصول، الفصل الأول: الضبط الاجتماعي (تطوره، مفهومه، أهميته، مراحله)، والفصل الثاني: مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي وأنواعه ومصادره ووسائله في السنة النبوية، والفصل الثالث: قيم الضبط الاجتماعي وأهدافه في السنة النبوية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي عند علماء الاجتماع وبيان أهمية الموضوع بالنسبة للمجتمع، كما أنّها وضّحت الدور العظيم للسنة النبوية واهتمامها بضبط سلوك الأفراد، من خلال الوسائل التي وضعتها لتحقيق الضبط الاجتماعي، وحثّها على التحلي بالقيم الاجتماعية التي تجعلنا من أصحاب الأخلاق الرفيعة، وفي النهاية قد بينت الأهداف التي من أجلها أنشئ الضبط الاجتماعي، لتوضح أهميته في اتباع العقيدة الإسلامية الأساسية، والتي من خلالها يبنى مجتمع متماسك من أهم صفاته ترابط أفراده مع بعضهم البعض، ونشر العدالة في المجتمع والقضاء على الظلم.

This study aims to clarify the topic of "social control in light of the Sunnah of the Prophet", in terms of clarifying its concept, revealing its importance, stages, sources, types, means, values and objectives on which the topic is based.
To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher followed an inductive, analytical, descriptive, and comparative approach, referring to the Sunnah of the Prophet, and devising evidence and indications related to social determination.
The researcher divided this study into an introduction and three chapters, the first chapter: social control (its origin, concept, importance and stages), the second chapter: the concept of social control, its types, sources and means in the Prophet?s Sunnah, and the third chapter: the values of social control and its most important goal in the Sunnah.
The study concluded with a statement of the concept of social control among sociologists and a statement of the importance of the issue to society, as it clarified the great role of the Prophet?s Sunnah and its interest in controlling the behavior of individuals, through the means it has put in place to achieve social control, and urging them to display the social values that make us people of high morals. The end has shown the goals for which social control is established, to clarify its importance in following the basic Islamic belief, through which a cohesive society is built, one of its most important characteristics is the interconnection of its members with each other, spreading justice in society and eliminating injustice
