هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن دور مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق في رعاية الموهبة لطلاب صفوف التربية الخاصة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من(26) مدير ومديرة لمدارس طلبة الصفوف الخاصة ، تم استخدام الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (40) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات: (إدارةالمدرسة، التخطيط، المعلمين، الطلبة الموهوبين، الاتشطة والبرامج) بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق في تنمية الموهبة لدى طلاب صفوف التربية الخاصة جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، حيث جاء إدارة المركز في المرتبة الأولى وجاء في المرتبة الثانية مجال التخطيط ،وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة مجال المعلمين ،وحل مجال الطلبة الموهوبين بالمرتبة الرابعة في حين جاء مجال الأنشطة والبرامج في المرتبة الأخيرة وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية واظهرت النتائج ايضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء التخطيط وجاءت الفروق لصالح 5-اقل من 10 سنوات.
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات من أبرزها: تطوير نظام متكامل ومنهجية شاملة للتعرف على الموهوبين والارتقاء بجودة معايير وأدوات التعرف على الموهوبين لطلبة الصفوف الخاصة لدى الإدارات المدرسية بما يتوافق مع تحديثات العملية التعليمية للموهوبين ، إجراء دراسات تكشف عن المشكلات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في تعاملهم مع الطلبة المتفـوقين دراسيا من ذوي الصفوف الخاصة ،إجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تقوم على دراسة رعاية الموهبة لطلبة الصفوف الخاصة من وجهة نظر عينات بحثية أخرى كالمعلمين، والعمل على ربطها بمتغيرات أخرى مثل التحصيل الدراسي، والأداء الإبداعي.

This study aimed to uncover the role of school principals in Mafraq Governorate in developing the talent of students of special education classes. The descriptive survey approach was used, the final study sample consisted of (26) school principals for students of special grades, the questionnaire was used as a study tool consisting of (40) items distributed into five areas: (administration of the center, planning, teachers, gifted students, activities and programs After being sure of its validity and reliability.
Where the results of the study showed the following: The estimates of the study sample individuals on the role of school principals in Mafraq Governorate in developing the talent of students of special education classes came with a high degree of appreciation, , where the center's administration came first and came The field of planning came in second place, and the field of teachers came in third place, and the field of activities and programs was resolved, while the field of gifted students came last, and the results of the study related to statistical individual differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all fields And the total score as the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) attributable to the effect of scientific qualification in all fields and the total degree, and the results also showed no statistically significant differences ?= 0.05) attributable to the effect of years of experience in all fields and the total degree except for planning The differences came in favor of 5-less than 10 years.
In light of the results of the study, recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Developing an integrated system and a comprehensive methodology for the identification of gifted students and upgrading the quality of standards and tools for gifted identification for students of special grades of school administrations in line with the updates of the educational process for gifted, knowing their needs and problems and working to solve them, conducting studies that reveal the problems that school principals face in their dealings with students who are excelling academically with special grades, Conducting more studies that are based on studying the gifted nurturing of special grades students from the point of view of other research samples such as teachers, and working on linking them with other variables such as academic achievement and creative performance
