هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة إلتزام مديري المدارس بالسلوك الإداري الإسلامي وعلاقته في تنمية القيم الإسلامية لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الزرقاء، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق في متوسطات عينة معلمي المدارس تبعاَ لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.
وتكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية لمديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة الزرقاء، منطقة الزرقاء الأولى، والبالغ عددهم (7509) معلماً ومعلمة حسب إحصائيات مديرية التربية والتعليم في المحافظة للعام الدراسي (2019،2020). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمّ اختيار عينة بلغ عدد أفرادها (375) معلماً ومعلمة، أي ما نسبته (5%) من إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة، موزعين على المدارس الحكومية الأساسية والثانوية في المحافظة.
وقامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة لقياس درجة إلتزام مديري المدارس بالسلوك الإداري الإسلامي وعلاقته في تنمية القيم الإسلامية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارسهم، مكونةً من أداتين؛ الأولى لقياس السلوك الإداري الإسلامي، والثانية لقياس القيم الإسلامية لدى الطلبة، وتمّ التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، واستخرجت الباحثة المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة.
وقد بيّنت نتائج الدراسة أنّ درجة إلتزام مديري المدارس بالسلوك الإداري الإسلامي وعلاقته في تنمية القيم الإسلامية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارسهم كانت مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج أنّ درجة إلتزام الطلبة بالقيم الإسلامية كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع مجالات الدراسة ولصالح الإناث باستثناء المجال المعرفي. كما بيّنت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع مجالات الدراسة باستثناء المجال المعرفي ولصالح البكالوريوس. وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الخبرة التدريسية في جميع المجالات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إيجابية دالة احصائياً بين درجة إلتزام مديري المدارس بالسلوك الإداري الإسلامي والقيم الإسلامية لدى الطلبة.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة خرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: الإهتمام بإثراء المناهج الدراسية بمفردات ومواضيع تعزز القيم الإسلامية والتربوية الإيجابية لدى الطلبة.

The study aimed to identify the Degree of Commitment of School Principals to Islamic Administrative Behavior and its Relationship with Enhancing Islamic Values among Students at Zarka Governorate Public Schools, as well as to reveal the existence of differences in the averages of the sample of school teachers according to variables gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.
The study population consisted of all male and female teachers of government schools for the Directorate of Education in Zarqa Governorate, the first Zarqa Region, and they numbered (7509) male and female teachers according to the statistics of the Directorate of Education in the governorate for the academic year (2019, 2020). To achieve the goals of the study, a sample of (375) male and female teachers, or 5% of the total study population, was distributed among the primary and secondary public schools in the governorate.
The researcher built a questionnaire to measure the degree of school principals commitment to Islamic administrative behavior and its relationship to developing Islamic values among students from the viewpoint of their school teachers, consisting of two tools; the first to measure administrative behavior, and the second to measure Islamic values among students, and validation and stability were verified, and the researcher extracted arithmetic averages , Standard deviations, and variance analysis to answer study questions.
The results of the study indicated that the degree of school principals commitment to Islamic administrative behavior and its relationship to developing Islamic values among students from the viewpoint of their school teachers was high, and the results showed that the degree of commitment of students to Islamic values was a moderate degree, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of gender In all fields of study and in favor of females except for the cognitive field. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of the educational qualification in all fields of study except for the cognitive field and for the benefit of the bachelor. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of teaching experience in all fields. The results of the study showed that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the degree of schools principals? commitment to Islamic administrative behavior and the Islamic values of students.
In the light of the results of the study, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Attention to enriching the curriculum with vocabulary and topics that enhance positive Islamic and educational values among students
