تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع من الموضوعات التاريخية التي ينبغي الاهتمام والعناية بها، من حيث البحث والدراسة وهو العلوم النقلية والعقلية وتطورها في بلاد الشام اثناء مرحلة الوجود الصليبي (491-692هـ/1097-1292م)، وذلك بسبب ارتباطه بواقع حياة الأمة الإسلامية من الناحيتين الدينية والعلمية، حيث ركزت على تطور العلوم النقلية والعقلية في الحقبة التاريخية لهذه الدراسة.
وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة العلوم النقلية والعقلية التعريف بها ولمحه عامة عن هذه العلوم، ثم تطرقت لتطور العلوم الفقهية في بلاد الشام (البداية والتطور)?، ونشأت الفقه وتطوره قبل المذاهب الأربعة، بالإضافة إلى تاريخ المذاهب الفقهية الأربعة في عصر ما بعد الأئمة المجتهدين، والحركة الفقهية في بلاد الشام في فترة الحروب الصليبية، والحركة الفقهية في مساجد بلاد الشام في فترة الحروب الصليبية، وأبرز الفقهاء في بلاد الشام في فترة الحروب الصليبية على بلاد الشام وصلتهم بالفقهاء الأربعة، كما طرقت إلى تطور الدراسات في بقية العلوم النقلية، كالتفسير وعلوم القرآن، وعلم الحديث، وعلم الكلام، وعلم التصوف، وعلوم اللغة الأدب.

This study dealt with one of the historical issues that should be taken care of and researched, in terms of research and study, which is the transportation and mental sciences and their development in the Levant during the Crusader presence period (491-692 AH / 1097-1292 AD), due to its association with the reality of the life of the Islamic nation in religious and scientific terms. , Where she focused on the development of transportation and mental sciences in the historical era of this study.
This study dealt with the transportation and mental sciences with the definition and general overview of these sciences, then touched on the development of jurisprudence sciences in the Levant (the beginning and development), and jurisprudence developed and developed before the four schools, in addition to the history of the four schools of jurisprudence in the era of diligent imams, movement Jurisprudence in the Levant in the period of the Crusades, and the juristic movement in the mosques of Levant in the period of the Crusades, and the most prominent jurists in the Levant during the Crusades on the Levant and their connection with the four jurists, as I touched on the development of studies in the rest of the transportation sciences, such as interpretation and the sciences of the Qur?an N, hadithology, theology, mysticism, and linguistics literature
