هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت إدارة المواهب ودورها في تنمية المواهب الفنية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الفنية وأثر متغيرات (الجنس وسنوات الخبرة) في ذلك، واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداه مكونة من (37) فقرة موزعة على محورين (محور إدارة المواهب، ومحور تنمية المواهب). وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (284) معلمًا ومعلمة.وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت لإدارة المواهب قد جاء بالمستوى المرتفع حيث جاءت المجالات، وعلى الترتيب (استقطاب المواهب، التخطيط، تطوير المواهب )،وإن محور تنمية المواهب الفنية لدى الطلبة قد جاءت بالمستوى المرتفع وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس في جميع المجالات، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة،وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بإجراء دراسات مماثله للدراسة الحالية حول إدارة المواهب لدى مديري المدارس ودورها في تنمية المواهب الفنية لدى طلبتهم.

 The study aimed at identify the degree of middle schools principals? practicing of talent management and its role in developing talent artistry among students in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of art education teachers and the effect of the variables (gender and years of experience) in that, and the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed which consists of (37) paragraphs distributed on two parts (The talent management part and the talent development part). Its validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of (284) teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of middle schools principals? practicing of talent management and its role in developing talent artistry among students in the State of Kuwait came at a high level, the domains came, and in order (talent acquisition, planning, talent development. The domain of developing the artistic talents of the students came at the high level and with an average. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of the gender variable in all domains, there was statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of the years of experience variable, and in light of study?s results that the study recommended conducting similar studies for the current study on talent management among school principals and its role in developing the artistic talents of their students
