هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الضبط الذاتي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في البادية الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظر معلميهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) وتكونت من (40) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور هي: المستوى الإداري والفني وتكون من (11) فقرة، ومستوى إدارة الوقت وتكون من (11) فقرة، ومستوى الاتصال والتأثير بالآخرين وتكون من (18) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق المناسبة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية والبالغ عددهم (846 ) معلما و (1412 ) معلمة، والموزعين على (56) مدرسة للذكور و(90) مدرسة للإناث، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (326) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن المتوسطات الحسابية قد تراوحت ما بين (3.63-3.73)، حيث جاء إدارة الوقت في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.73)، بينما جاء كل من المستوى الإداري والفني، والاتصال والتأثير بالآخرين في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.63)، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للأداة ككل (3.66)، وبدرجة موافقة متوسطة للمجال ككل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء المستوى الإداري والفني وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية تعزى لأثر متغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: إجراء العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بموضوع الضبط الذاتي، وإخضاع مدراء المدارس للعديد من الدورات التدريبية والورشات التوعوية لمساعدتهم في تطوير مهاراتهم الإدارية والفنية ومهارات إدارة الوقت والتواصل والتأثير في الآخرين. |

The current study aimed to identify the degree of self-control practiced by public school principals in the northwestern Badia from the viewpoint of their teachers, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool (the questionnaire) was prepared and it consisted of (40) paragraphs distributed on three axes: the administrative and technical level and consisted of (11) paragraphs, the level of time management consisting of (11) paragraphs, and the level of communication and influence with others, consisting of ( 18) A paragraph, and its validity and reliability were verified by appropriate methods, and the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study population may consist of all the public school teachers in the Northwest Badia District, whose number is (846) (1412) teachers are teachers, and those distributed to (56) schools for males and (90) schools for females, and the study sample consisted of (326) teachers from public schools teachers in the Northwestern Badia District, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way, and the study reached To the following results: The arithmetic averages ranged between (3.63-3.73), where time management came first with the highest arithmetic average of (3.73), while the administrative and technical level, communication and influence with others came in the last place with an arithmetic average of (3.63). The arithmetic mean of the tool as a whole was (3.66), with an average degree of agreement for the field as a whole, and there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) due to the effect of gender in all fields and the overall score except for the A level. For administrative and technical, the differences came in favor of males, and there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) in all fields and the overall degree was due to the effect of the variables of scientific qualification and experience, and in light of the results, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Conducting many studies and research related to the subject of self-control, And school principals were subjected to many training courses and awareness workshops to help them develop their administrative and technical skills, time management skills, communication and influence on others |
