The research dealt with monitoring, collecting, and studying the legal status of financial brokerage firms in the Jordanian and Egyptian stock exchanges. The study was addressed through the first chapter entitled: What is meant by financial mediation and the tools for exercising it in the financial market through the first topic: The concept of financial mediation and the field of its practice and the second topic: Tools for practicing financial mediation in the financial market, then the second chapter entitled: Determining the legal status of mediation companies, Through the first topic: the mediator's obligations and rights in financial intermediation companies, and the second topic: the responsibility of financial intermediation companies in Jordanian and comparative legislation, and the study ended with conclusion, results, recommendations and results: 1- The financial mediation profession is a profession that the Jordanian legislator has passed, provided that the mediator is a legal person. 2- There is an agreement between the work of the financial broker, both the commission agent and the brokerage business, and there are other differences. The study recommended the necessity for the Jordanian legislator to attach texts of articles in the Jordanian Securities Trading Law or the instructions for trading securities in the Amman Stock Exchange Company related to civil, disciplinary and criminal liability to the financial intermediary.
