هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تطبيق معلمات رياض الأطفال لاستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة المفرق وعلاقتها، بالمتغيرات الآتية (المؤهل العلمي ، الخبرة)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وبلغ عدد افراد عينة الدراسة (203) معلمة رياض اطفال، للعام الدراسي2019 2020-، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة، وزعت على خمسة مجالات ، لقياس دور الادارة المدرسية في تطبيق معلمات رياض الاطفال لاستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم ، وتم التأكد من صدق الاداة وثباتها، وأظهرت النتائج ان دور الادارة المدرسية في تطبيق معلمات رياض الاطفال لاستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمات كانت متوسطة وجاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة متوسطة ، مرتبة تنازليا على التوالي (مجال استراتيجية اللعب، مجال استراتيجية القصة ، مجال استراتيجية التعلم بالمجموعات، مجال استراتيجية تمثيل الأدوار، ومجال استراتيجية الأركان التعليمية )واظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي والخبرة .
وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات كان أبرزها عقد دورات تدريبية لتمكين الادارة المدرسية من تطبيق معلمات رياض الاطفال لاستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم .

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in kindergarten teacher to learning and teaching strategies in the governorates of Mafraq ,and its relation with ( Qualification and Experience ) The researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the study.
The number of the study sample reached (203)kindergarten teachers in the schools ,for the acadmic year (2019-2020).
To achieve the goal of the study, a component questionnaire was developed from (43) paragraphs, and it was distributed in five areas To measure the role of the school administration in applying kindergarten teachers to learning and teaching strategies
The validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed.
The results showed that the role of the school administration in applying kindergarten teachers to learning and teaching strategies from the teachers point of view was medium and all fields came with an average degree, in descending order, respectively: (Play strategy field, story strategy field, group learning strategy field, role play strategy field,and educational staff strategy field)
In light of the results,the researcher presented a number of recommendations , the most prominent of them was recommending training courses for more kindergarten directorates to apply the areas of the stra of the strong the strategy of play , the strategy of the play, the strategy of learning groups, and role ?playing and the educational staff
