هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى أداء خدمات المرشدين الزراعيين من وجهة نظر المزارعين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة شملت (28) فقرة بصيغتها النهائية وزعت على عينة من المزارعين مكونة من (371)مزارعاً ,حيث تم جمع البيانات وإجراء التحليل عليها بواسطة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى : أن مستوى اتجاهات المزارعين نحو أداء الخدمات الإرشادية الزراعية المقدمة من المرشدين الزراعيين غير ضعيفة, ولوحظ في نتائج الدراسة أن الاتصال حصل على المرتبة الُاولى بدرجة تقييم مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في إتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو أداء الخدمات الإرشادية الزراعية المقدمة من المرشدين الزراعيين تعزى الى المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع الاجتماعي, الفئة العمرية, المستوى التعليمي, عدد سنوات الخبرة العلمية, التفرغ للزراعة, نوع الحيازة, مساحة الحيازة الكلية, نوع الزراعه) .
وأوصى الباحث : بالعمل على عقد دورات تدريبية للمرشدين الزراعيين من قبل الجهاز الارشادي الحكومي على كيفية مشاركة وضع الخطط الارشادية مع المزارعين . زيادة متابعة استخدام الأساليب الحديثة من التقنيات الزراعية من قبل المرشدين الزراعيين ونقلها للمزارعين من أجل تحسين مستوى الانتاج الزراعي وتسهيل مهمة استخدام تلك التقنيات. تعريف المزارعين بالجهات ذات العلاقه بالشأن الزراعي.

The aim of this study was to determine the performance of agricultural extension services from farmers' point of view. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire which included (28) final paragraphs distributed to the sample of the study of farmers (371) farmers where the data was collected and analyzed by the statistical analysis program (SPSS).
The study found that the level of farmers' attitudes towards the performance of agricultural extension services provided by agricultural extension workers is not weak. It was noted in the results of the study that the communication obtained the first rank with a high evaluation score, and the absence of statistical significance differences in the attitudes of the sample members towards the performance of agricultural extension services (Gender, age group, educational level, number of years of scientific experience, full time for agriculture, type of tenure, total area of tenure, type of agriculture).
The researcher recommended : to conduct training courses for agricultural extension workers by the governmental guidance system on how to share the development of extension plans with farmers. Increase the follow-up of the use of modern techniques of agricultural techniques by agricultural extension agents and transfer them to farmers in order to improve the level of agricultural production and facilitate the task of using these technologies.
