الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور العنصر القيادي في صعود الدولة السياسي تركيا نموذجًا، حيث قامت هذه الدراسة على فرضيتين رئيسيتين هما: هنالك علاقة ارتباطية بين عنصر القيادة وصعود الدولة السياسي، والفرضية الثانية تعتبر الانجازات الواقعية والمتماهية مع رغبات الشعب عامل حاسم في إعطاء القيادة الثقة للارتقاء بالدولة وصعودها سياسيًا، أما إشكالية الدراسة فقد تمحورت في السؤال المحوري التالي: ما الدور الذي لعبه العنصر القيادي التركي في الصعود السياسي للدولة التركية؟ ولتحقيق الأهداف والتحقق من صحة الفرضية والاجابة على السؤال المحوري فقد اعتمد الباحث على المناهج العلمية للبحث العلمي، منها: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج تحليل النظم.
هذا وقد توصلنا في نهاية البحث الى صحة الفرضية وتمكنا من الاجابة على السؤال المحوري، وبذلك تم تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة، وفي نهاية الدراسة توصلنا إلى عدة استنتاجات منها: أن حزب العدالة والتنمية يمثل الاسلام المعتدل الوسطية في الاسلام، وأن تقدم الحزب وصعوده يعود إلى التجربة الشخصية و القيادة المتميزة المتمثلة في رجب طيب اردوغان التي اكتسبها من أحزاب التيار الاسلامي الذي بدأه أربكان، وإن المبادئ الاسلامية سهلت الطريق على الحزب للقيام في الاصلاحات ,كونها تناغمت مع الجذور الاسلامية للشعب التركي، وأن العلمانية كمنهج حياة دخيلة على الشعب التركي المسلم؛ مما جعله يتجاوب مع مبادئ الحزب النابعة من الاسلام، وأن هبّة الشعب التركي لإفشال الانقلاب المعادي لحزب العدالة والتنمية دليل على أن سياسة الحزب تتوافق مع رغبات الشعب التركي، وهذه الاستنتاجات تطلبت عدة من التوصيات، أهمها: ضرورة دفع الأحزاب لتأخذ بمبادئ الاسلام وعدم تخطيها؛ وبذلك تتجاوب والأفكار الدفينة في صدور الشعوب، وبتالي تؤدي إلى اعتلاء كرسي السيادة عن طريق انتخابات حرة ونزيهة؛ لأنها تُكسب الحزب الفائز حماية شعبية، وتُبطل قاعدة الانقلابات التي اعتادتها بعض الدول، وضرورية اللجوء الى انتخابات حرة ونزيه,لانها تُكسب القيادة الاطمئنان في مسعاها لتحقيق الأهداف.

This study aimed to demonstrate the role of the leadership element in the rise of the political state Turkey as a model, where this study was based on two main hypotheses: There is a correlation between the leadership component and the political rise of the state, and the second hypothesis is realistic and identical achievements with the wishes of the people is a decisive factor in giving the leadership confidence to rise The state and its rise politically, and the problem of study has centered on the following central question: What role did the Turkish leadership component play in the political rise of the Turkish state? To achieve the objectives and verify the hypothesis and answer the central question, the researcher relied on the scientific approaches to scientific research, including: the descriptive analytical approach and the system analysis approach, and this we reached at the end of the research to the validity of the hypothesis and we were able to answer the central question, and thus the required goals were achieved, At the end of the study, we reached several conclusions, including: that the Justice and Development Party is a moderate Islam and thus the party is described as a conservative party, but the Justice and Development Party is a moderate party and represents the moderation in Islam And that the progress of the party and its rise is due to the personal experience and the distinguished leadership represented by Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he gained from the parties of the Islamic trend that Erbakan started, and that the Islamic principles facilitated the path for the party to carry out the reforms as they were in harmony with the Islamic roots of the Turkish people, and that secularism is an alien approach to life Muslim Turkish people; This led him to respond to the party's principles emanating from Islam, and that the Turkish people's gift to thwart the anti-AKP coup is evidence that the party's policy is consistent with the wishes of the Turkish people, These conclusions require several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to push parties to adopt the principles of Islam and not to override them; Because it responds to the hidden ideas in the hearts of the people, and the necessity of seeking to attain the sovereignty seat through free and fair elections; Because it gives the winning party popular protection, and it nullifies the rule of coups that some countries are used to, and this gains the leadership the reassurance in its endeavor to achieve the goals |
