This study aimed to measure the impact of electronic supply chain management and its impact on the performance of workers in private hospitals in the northern region in Jordan, and the study sample consist of (220) workers in private hospitals in the governorates of the northern region in Jordan, and the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to investigate the objectives of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire as the study tool, where the questionnaire included two measures scales (the electronic supply chain scale and the employee performance measure) in order to collecting data from the sample members to answering the study questions and testing the hypothesis, the study reached several results, most notably: the level of electronic supply chain management was high, the most prominent of which was in the field of electronic supply chain, the performance measure scale of employees was at a high level, and the results showed there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (?? 0.05) on the performance of employees in private hospitals in the Northern Region in Jordan. The researcher recommended the necessity of holding training courses for workers to increase their knowledge and skills with electronic provisioning methods and electronic payment systems to increase the effectiveness of the supply process
