هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اثر راس المال الفكري بابعاده( راس المال الهيكلي,راس المال البشري,راس المال العلائقي) كمتغير مستقل وتأثيره على الإبداع التنظيمي بابعاده (الابداع التقني,الابداع في العمليات,الابداع الثقافي) كمتغير تابع في الشركات الصناعية في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في مدينة المفرق الصناعية
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في الشركات الصناعية في مدينة الملك الحسين بن طلال-المفرق وعددها 22 شركة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (206) موظف وموظفة في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في مدينة المفرق الصناعية ، وبعد اجراء التحليل الاحصائي لعينة الدراسة وتطبيق معادلات الارتباط المتعددة توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج من اهم هذه النتائج وجود اثر مرتفع لراس المال الفكري بابعاده على الابداع التنظيمي بابعاده .
وقد تلخصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات تبرز في تعزيز وتدعيم راس المال الفكري كاحد اهم اصول الشركات الصناعية والاهتمام به من قبل الادارات العليا لما يتركه من اثر مرتفع على اداء وانتاج وجودة العمل بشكل عام ,تشجيع وتحفيز الابداع على كافة المستويات الادارية في الشركات الذي بدوره يزيد من القيمة التنافسية والسوقية للمؤوسسات الصناعية

This study aimed to identify the effect of intellectual capital in its dimensions (structural capital, human capital, relational capital) as an independent variable and its effect on organizational creativity by its dimensions (technical creativity, creativity in operations, cultural creativity) as a dependent variable in industrial companies in industrial companies operating in Mafraq Industrial City.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of workers in industrial companies in King Hussein Bin Talal City - Mafraq, which numbered 22 companies, and the study sample consisted of (206) employees and employees in industrial companies in King Hussein Bin Talal Development City - Mafraq After conducting the statistical analysis of the study sample and applying the multiple correlation equations, the study reached several results. The most important of these results is the presence of a high impact of intellectual capital in its dimensions on organizational creativity with its dimensions..
The study was summarized by a set of recommendations that emerge in the promotion and strengthening of intellectual capital as one of the most important assets of industrial companies and attention to it by higher management because it has a high impact on the performance, production and quality of work in general, encouraging and stimulating creativity at all administrative levels in companies, which in turn increases The competitive and market value of industrial enterprises
