تلعب الزراعة دورًا مهمًا في النظام الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمجتمعات وترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالجهود المبذولة للحفاظ على البيئة الطبيعية واستدامتها. كما أن الطعام هو أهم شيء بالنسبة للناس. في هذا البحث تم مسح عينات من الخضار والفواكه المتوفرة في السوق الأردني لمعرفة ما إذا كانت تحتوي على بقايا مبيدات في العينات، وعلى مدى أكثر من عام من جمع العينات للكشف عن بقايا المبيدات في الفواكه والخضروات المختارة، حيث تضمن هذا البحث 23 جمعت أصناف من الخضار والفواكه من عشرين منطقة مختلفة في الأردن بشكل عشوائي، وأرسلت العينات إلى مختبرات مرخصة ومعترف بها ومتخصصة في تحليل العينات ومعرفة ما إذا كانت مطابقة للمواصفات والمقاييس الغذائية والأدوية الأردنية والعالمية. تم جمع البيانات من المعمل وبدأت البيانات بالتحليل الإحصائي لمعرفة مدى علاقة العينات بأنواعها من مستويات احتوائها على متبقيات المبيدات، ومعرفة علاقة المنطقة بالمبيد وإدراكه. إذا كانت هناك أصناف من الفاكهة والخضروات تحتوي على بقايا المبيدات فقط، فقد تمت مناقشة خاتمة هذا البحث وعرض بعض التوصيات المتعلقة بالبحث. |

Agriculture plays an important role in the socioeconomic system of societies and is closely related to efforts to conserve and sustain the natural environment. In addition, food is the most important thing for people. In this research, samples of vegetables and fruits available in the Jordanian market were surveyed to see if they contained of pesticides residues in the samples, and over a year of collecting samples to detect Pesticides residues in selected fruits and vegetables, as this research included 23 varieties of vegetables and fruits collected from twenty different regions in Jordan randomly, the samples were sent to authorized and recognized laboratories and specialized in analyzing samples and finding whether they conform to the specifications and standards of the Jordanian and international food and medicine. Data was collected from the laboratory and the data was started by statistical analysis to know the extent of the relationship of samples with their types from the levels of their containment of pesticide residues, and to know the relationship of the region with the pesticide and to realize if there are varieties of fruits and vegetables that contain the pesticide residues only. The conclusion of this research was discussed and some recommendations related to the research were presented |
