هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الإفصاح عن أبعاد الاستدامة (البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الاجتماعي، البعد البيئي) في البنوك المدرجة في بورصة عمان.
اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكان أسلوب التحليل المستخدم هو تحليل لمحتوى تقارير السنوية للبنوك المدرجة في بورصة عمان للفترة بين المالية (2016-2012) والبالغ عددها 15 بنكاً.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى منخفض من إفصاح البنوك المدرجة في بورصة عمان عن أبعاد الاستدامة، بالإضافة الى ذلك كان مستوى الإفصاح عن البعد الاقتصادي متوسط، اما الإفصاح عن البعد البيئي فكان منخفض جداً، وكان مستوى الإفصاح عن البعد الاجتماعي منخفض.
بناءً على النتائج السابقة توصي الدراسة البنوك المدرجة في بورصة عمان بضرورة التركيز على الإفصاح عن البعد البيئي، وزيادة مستوى الإفصاح عنه من خلال الوعي والحفاظ على البيئة، وضرورة زيادة مستوى الإفصاح عن البعد الاجتماعي، كذلك ضرورة التزام البنوك بالإفصاح عن تقارير الاستدامة لتحقيق التلبية المستدامة وتلبية حقوق الأجيال القادمة.

This study aimed to identify the extent of the disclosure level of the sustainability dimensions (economic, social and environmental) at the banks listed on Amman Stock Exchange.
The study adopted the descriptive, analytical method where the analysis method was an analysis for the content of the financial reports for the banks listed on Amman Stock Exchange for the period (2012-2016) amounting to 15.
The study concluded the presence of a very low level of the disclosure of the banks listed on Amman Stock Exchange regarding the sustainability dimensions, the disclosure level of the economic dimension was moderate, the disclosure level of the environmental dimension was very low and the disclosure level of the social dimension was low.
According to the previous results, the study recommended that the banks listed on Amman stock exchange focus on the disclosure of the environmental dimension and increasing it through awareness and preserving the environment, increase the level of the disclosure of the social dimension and the need that the banks should be committed to the disclosure of the sustainability reports to achieve the continuous sustainability and meet the rights of the future generations.
