هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة تمثيل الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الرياضية للقيادة الذاتية في مدارس دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والفروق فيها وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (270) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية اختيروا من منطقة الأحمدي التعليمية في دولة الكويت. ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت أداة "استبانة" لجمع البيانات. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تمثيل الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الرياضية للقيادة الذاتية في مدارس دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة جاءت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تقديراتهم في الدرجة الكلية لتمثيل الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الرياضية للقيادة الذاتية في مدارس دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة إلى أهمية بناء الأنشطة الرياضية بفاعلية أكثر لتعزيز القيادة الذاتية لدى طلبة المدارس. |

The study aimed to know the Degree of Representation of Self-Leadership by Students who Participate in Sports Activities in Schools in the State of Kuwait, from the teachers point of view and the differences in them according to gender variables and years of experience and educational qualification. Use the descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of (270) male and female secondary school teachers selected from the Ahmadi Education Zone in the State of Kuwait. For the purposes of achieving the objectives of the study, a "questionnaire" tool was used by the researcher. After conducting the statistical treatment, the results showed that the degree of representation of students participating in sports for self-driving in schools in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the study sample individuals was medium, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample individuals about their estimates in the total degree of representation Students participating in the sports activities for self-driving in the schools of the State of Kuwait are attributed to gender changes, years of experience and educational qualification. In light of the results, the study recommended the importance of building sporting activities more effectively to enhance self-driving among school students |
