هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة لنظام المدرسة الذكية وعلاقته بالإدارة الإلكترونية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين العاملين في المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة والبالغ عددهم (2996)، أما عينة الدراسة فقد طبقت على (161) معلماً ومعلمة في المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة، وتم استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: وجود مستوى متوسطلتطبيق مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة لنظام المدرسة الذكية والإدارة الإلكترونية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (??0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة لنظام المدرسة الذكية فيها تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (??0.05) في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة لنظام الإدارة الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة)، وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (??0.05) بين تطبيق مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة العاصمة لنظام المدرسة الذكية والإدارة الإلكترونية.
وفي الضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق مديري المدارس للإدارة الإلكترونية عن طريق استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصالات لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ونشرها بين المعلمين، الاهتمامبتوظيف أنظمة المدرسة الذكية بما يخدم العملية التعليمية وذلك من خلال توفير كافة الوسائل التكنولوجية والتقنيات الحديثة داخل الغرفة الصفية، وحوسبة مرافق المدرسة كالمكتبة ومختبر الحاسوب التي تستقبل عدداً كبيراً من الطلبة.

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the principals of the private schools in the capital governorate to the smart school system and its relationship to electronic management. The study used the descriptive and analytical method. For the purpose of the study, the researcher developed the questionnaire to collect data. The study population consisted of all of the (2996) teachers working in private schools of the capital governorate. The study sample consisted of (161) male and female teachers. The SPSS program was used to process the data.
The study reached a set of results, including that there is an intermediate level for the application of principals of the capital governorate to the smart school system and electronic management.the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (??0.05) in the estimates of the study sample for the degree of application of school principals of capital governorate to the smart school system due to the variables of (gender, experience), and that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (??0.05) in the estimates of the study sample for the degree of application of school principals of capital governorate to the electronic management system due to the variables of (gender, experience). There is a statistically significant correlation at the significance level (??0.05) between the application of the principals of the capital governorate to the smart school system and electronic management.
In light of the results, the study recommended the need for school principals to implement electronic management by using communication technology to take administrative decisions and publish them among teachers, the need to pay attention to use smart school systems to serve the educational process by providing all technological means and modern technologies within the classroom, and the necessity of computerizing the school facilities, such as the library and the computer lab, which receives a large number of students
