هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على استخدام نموذج ويتلي في التحصيل الدراسي في الرياضيات والإتجاه نحوها لدى طلاب الصف الخامس الأساسي في محافظة إربد .
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف , تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالباً من طلاب الصف الخامس الأساسي في إحدى المدارس التابعة لمديرية تربية وتعليم قصبة إربد في محافظة إربد, والمنتظمين في مدارسهم في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2019/2020م , حيث تم توزيع عينة الدراسة على شعبتين , أُختيرت إحداهما عشوائياً لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية , وتكونت من (30) طالباً, دُرِّسَ أفرادها باستخدام نموذج ويتلي , والأخرى هي المجموعة الضّابطة وتكونت من (30) طالباً, دُرِّس أفرادها بالطريقة الإعتيادية , وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من إختبار التحصيل الدراسي في الرياضيات ,مقياس الإتجاه نحو الرياضيات .
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=?) بين متوسط علامات الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط علامات الطلاب في المجموعة الضّابطة في التطبيق البعدي لإختبار التحصيل الدراسي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية والتي دُرِّست باستخدام نموذج ويلتي , وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=?) بين متوسط علامات الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط علامات الطلاب في المجموعة الضّابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الإتجاه نحو الرياضيات ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.

This study aimed to identify the use of the Wheatly model in academic achievement in mathematics and the direction towards it among fifth-grade primary students in Irbid Governorate.
To achieve this aims, the study sample consisted of (60) students from the fifth-grade primary in one of the schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education and Education of the Kasbah of Irbid in the governorate of Irbid, who are attending their schools in the first semester of the academic year 2019/20 AD, where the study sample was distributed to two groups, One of them was randomly chosen to represent the experimental group, and it consisted of (30) students, its members were taught using the Wheatly model, and the other was the control group and consisted of (30) students, whose members were taught in the usual way, and the study tools consisted of the academic achievement test in mathematics, the attitudes toward Maths.
The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05 = ?) between the average scores of students in the experimental group and the average of the marks of students in the control group in the post-application of the academic achievement test and in favor of the experimental group which was studied using the weatly model, and the presence of a statistically significant difference when The significance level (? = 0.05) between the average score of students in the experimental group and score of students in the control group in the dimensional application of the scale of direction toward mathematics and in favor of the experimental group
