هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى معيقات تطبيق متطلبات تكنولوجيا الأداء البشري لدى مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت للمرحلة المتوسطة والحلول المقترحة لها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) مديراً ومديرة، منهم (99) مديراً و (101) مديرة في المدارس الحكومية للمرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت للعام الدراسي 2018/2019.
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة حيث تم أستخدام الإستبانة كأداة لدراسة مكونة من (55) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات معيقات تطبيق متطلبات تكنولوجيا الأداء البشري، مجال المعيقات التنظيمية (10) فقرات، ومجال المعيقات التقنية (8) فقرات، والمعيقات البشرية (7) فقرات، المعيقات المالية (10) فقرات، ومجال الحلول المقترحة للتغلب على معيقات تطبيق التكنولوجيا (20) فقرة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معيقات تطبيق متطلبات تكنولوجيا الأداء البشري جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة وجاءت لصالح فئة (15 فأكثر)، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة عند مستوى 0.05 ? ?)) للحلول المقترحة للتغلب على معيقات تطبيق متطلبات تكنولوجيا الأداء البشري وان هذه العلاقة كانت موجبة.

This study aimed at identifying the obstacles of applying the requirements of human performance technology among school principals in the State of Kuwait for the intermediate stage and the suggested solutions. The researcher followed the descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of 200 principals, including 99 principals and 101 principals in public schools for intermediate level. In the Ahmadi Governorate in the State of Kuwait for the academic year 2018/2019.
In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (55) paragraphs distributed on the areas of obstacles to applying the requirements of human performance technology, the field of organizational obstacles (10) paragraphs, the field of technical impediments (8) paragraphs, Paragraphs, and the field of overcoming the constraints applied technology (20) paragraph.
The results of the study showed that the impediments to applying the requirements of human performance technology were high, and that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (? 0.05 0.05) for all fields of study in applying the requirements of human performance technology due to gender variable and scientific qualification and experience. A positive statistical indication at ? 0.05 0.05 level) of the proposed solutions in the treatment of impediments to applying the requirements of human performance technology and that the relationship was positive
