استهدفت هذه الدِّراسة تعرف معوقات ممارسة الاتصال الأكاديمي بين الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ضوء متغيرات الجنس والكلية والمستوى الدراسي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من جميع طلبة جامعة الكويت والبالغ عددهم (17850) طالباً وطالبة، وتكونت عينة الدِّراسة من (357) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة جامعة الكويت، وتم استخدام استبانة تكونت من (53) فقرة، جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لمستوى معوقات ممارسة الاتصال الأكاديمي بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة، كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وعلى مستوى المجالات جاءت النتائج على الترتيب: مجال المعوقات المتعلقة بعضو الهيئة التدريسية، ثم مجال المعوقات المتعلقة بالطلبة، ثم مجال المعوقات المتعلقة بمحتوى الاتصال وكانت درجة تقدير الابعاد الثلاثة مرتفعة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة لمعوقات ممارسة الاتصال الأكاديمي بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والكلية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة لمعوقات ممارسة الاتصال الأكاديمي بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي في الدرجة الكلية، ومجالي المعوقات المتعلقة بالطلبة، والمعوقات المتعلقة بمحتوى الاتصال وجاءت الفروق لصالح طلبة السنة الرابعة بينما لم يكن هناك فروق في مجال المعوقات المتعلقة بعضو الهيئة التدريسية. وأوصت الدِّراسة بتشجيع أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على ضرورة انتهاج استراتيجيات فعّالة في الاتصال مع الطلبة، وعقد لقاءات دورية بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، لضمان الاتصال الفعال بينهما. |

The study aimed to identify difficulties of practicing academic communication between Students and faculty at the University of Kuwait from Students Perspectives 'in light of the variables gender, college and academic level. Researcher used the descriptive approach, The study population composed of all students from Kuwait University, which numbered (15427) students (females and males), The sample consisted of (357) students (females and males) from Kuwait University, The used a questionnaire consisting of (53) items, It was verified validity and reliability. The results showed that the difficulties of practicing academic communication between Students and faculty at the University of Kuwait from Students Perspectives'came high, At the level of fields, the results came in order: the field of difficulties related to a faculty member, then the field of difficulties related to students, then the field of difficulties related to the content of communication and the degree of appreciation of the three fields was high, The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the difficulties of academic communication between the students and staff members at Kuwait University from the students' point of view due to the variables gender and college, Also the results showed that there are statistically significant differences for the responses of the study sample to the difficulties of practicing academic communication between students and faculty members in Kuwait University from the viewpoint of students due to the variable of the academic level in the college degree, and the fields of o difficulties related to students, and the difficulties related to the content of communication and the differences came in favor of students of the fourth year While there were no differences in the field of difficulties related to a faculty member. The study recommended encouraging staff members to adopt effective communication strategies with students, and to hold regular meetings between students and faculty members to ensure ice break between students and faculty members |
