هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء قصبة إربد لإدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث أعدّ استبانة تكونت بصورتها النهائية من (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: العملية الإدارية، والعملية التعليمية، والاتصال والتواصل. تمّ تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (207) معلماً ومعلمة منهم (88) معلماً، و(119) معلمة، تمّ اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس لواء قصبة إربد لإدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر المعلمين (كبيرة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.70). وأن المتوسطات الحسابية لمجالات الأداة تراوحت بين (3.67) و(3.74) بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، حيث جاء المجال الثالث (الاتصال والتواصل) في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.74) بدرجة (كبيرة)، وجاء المجال الأول (العملية الإدارية) في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (3.68) وبدرجة (كبيرة)، في حين جاء المجال الثاني (العملية التعليمية) في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.67) وبدرجة (كبيرة). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=?) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجالي (العملية التعليمية، والاتصال والتواصل) وعلى الأداة ككل يُعزى إلى متغير الجنس، لصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=?) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجال العملية الإدارية وفق متغير الجنس. وعدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=?) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع المجالات (العملية الإدارية، والعملية التعليمية، والاتصال والتواصل) وعلى الأداة ككل يُعزى إلى متغير مجال التخصص. ووجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=?) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع المجالات (العملية الإدارية، والعملية التعليمية، والاتصال والتواصل) وعلى الأداة ككل يُعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس). وأخيرا عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05=?) بين المتوسطين الحسابيين لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع المجالات (العملية الإدارية، والعملية التعليمية، والاتصال والتواصل) وعلى الأداة ككل يُعزى إلى متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدّم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات, أهمها: عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة في إدارة المعرفة لمديري ومديرات المدارس في لواء قصبة إربد، واطلاعهم على كل ما يستجد في مجال إدارة المعرفة وكيفية توظيفها، وتقديم حوافز مادية ومعنوية لمديري المدارس في لواء قصبة إربد الذين يتقنون توظيف إدارة المعرفة في العمل المدرسي، وإجراء دراسة حول معوقات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مدارس لواء قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين. |

The study aimed to know The Extent of Practicing Knowledge Management by School Principals at Irbid District from the Teachers? Point of View, And to achieve the goals of the study, The researcher used the descriptive survey method, Where he prepared a questionnaire was finalized consist of (39) paragraphs distributed on 3 areas: The administrative process, The educational process, and connect and communicate process, The study tool was applied to a sample consisted of (207) male and female teachers whom (88) were male and (119) female they were chosen randomly.
The results of the study showed that The Extent of Practicing Knowledge Management by School Principals at Irbid District from the Teachers? Point of View
was large with an average (3.70). The arithmetic averages of the questionnaire areas ranged between (3.67) and (3.74), With a large appreciation as the third area (connect and communicate process) came in the first position with an arithmetic average (3.74) with a large degree, The first area (administrative process) came second position with an average (3.68) and large degree, while the second area (educational process) came third with an average (3.67) with a large degree. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (?=0.05) between the two arithmetic averages for the estimates of the numbers of the study samples in all paragraphs (educational process, connect and communicate process), and that refer to sex variable for female. The results showed no differences in statistical significance at the level of statistical significance (?=0.05) between two arithmetic averages for the estimates of the numbers of the study samples in the administrative process in sex variable. The results also showed no differences in statistical significance at the level of statistical significance (?=0.05) between two arithmetic averages for the estimates of the numbers of the study samples in all areas (administrative process, educational process, connect and communicate process), And that refer to educational qualification variable. Due to the results of the study, The researcher made a number of recommendations; Holding specialized training courses in knowledge management for schools directors and principals in Irbid district, inform them of all new development in knowledge management field and how to employ them, providing materials and moral incentives to school principals in Irbid district those who are proficient in employing knowledge management in school work, and conducting a study on the obstacles to applying knowledge management in Irbid district schools from the point of view of principals and teachers
